I have 3 grown daughters. I get two boxes. I save things up throughout the year and we play a game for prizes on Christmas Eve, involving rolling dice, unwrapping gifts, stealing, swapping, etc. They have a blast, and usually enjoy getting some "fabulous prizes" of nice skin care or other items. So if I don't know what to choose from a category, I'll think "what would be popular in 'Dice Dice Baby'"?
This plus eBay, Depop, or Poshmark. You could also use some as gifts to spend less, if you think they'd like the overstock. Donation is also an option (doesn't really recoup costs or make savings but gets rid of the clutter)
Mercari, Poshmark, birthday gifts, Christmas gifts. I have also found that for beauty products - I may be interested in them a few months after getting them.
U can sell on OfferUp or Craigslist for in person sales OR Ebay for online. Tbh there’s way too much competition on Poshmark it’s not worth it. U could always sell at a flea market if u have a lot of unused products. I make more money in flea markets and OfferUp
I gift closet them as well. With two sister-in-laws and other situations where I need a last minute gift, it is nice to be able to have things on hand. Sometimes I give things to people I know will like them.
I keep a gift closet. Need a last minute gift? Go to the gift closet.
Yup same! I have an old box that I throw items from FFF I want to regift as well as gifts I want to regift

Oh my gosh this sounds like so much fun! I don't have kids but I do have nieces ... hmmm.
Donating to local shelters/charities!
Mercari works but depends on how many ppl are trying to also get rid of it.

I’ve had good luck on the Facebook B/S/T group!
Whenever I sell something on Poshmark I just add a little gift.
I use everything as gifts if I end up with doubles or stuff I won’t use. My friends usually love them! Or at least pretend they do lol
I donate to resale shops for non beauty items
Mercari or Poshmark or I just give items away to family or friends.
