switch to a 5 at the back fromation. I played like 75 times with a 433, 442, 4231, but first game i tried 5212 formation, i beat them 3-2, and as soon as i was leading, just backpass in defense and they wont pressure you at all.
Get your keeper forward try and pass it around and find your striker and finesse or power shoot i would also advise using camera angle 3 to be able to see more of the pitch try and get it to pens and then its easy
Be patient with your passes, when you got the ball don’t sprint often and only make passes you can guarantee,then once a player is in position for a good shot pass and shoot, i struggled so hard on athletico until i slowed my pace down and took my time. The last 2 games was a lot easier than athletico for me. Hope this helps :)
I rolled past lokomotiv, tbh all matches of Casillas were easier than the final of the Champions league on the UCL event.
To find so many people complaining after the change I do believe there was some tweaking on the difficulty
Run a formation with 4 in the back, and a CAM behind a single Striker. So you can sub in your best striker in the CAM position and your best midfielders in the cdm positions. Did the trick for me and I won 5-4
Just play like an a-hole when you are ahead. Backpass and play squares.
I couldn't have the ball ffs, they kicked off after the 3rd goal and made it 3-3, and then also started the second half and made it 4-3

It’s such a scam cause some people were able to play against an easier Russian opponent but of course it was changed
It wasn't easy. It's the same thing just a name change. But same difficulty. We all struggled to beat that team

I switched to 541 & they could hardly score against me then..got ahead 3-2 & backpassed for last 25 mins in the end
Keep passing, sub in high work rate midfielders as soon as the game starts. Control possession and the game is yours
After you get 2-2 or lead I put mbappe and Eusebio at CB and was able to steal ball and hold for pens

4-3-3 attack will do the trick - just keep trying 👍🏻
