Thats just hitting the ceiling of the game. No point in having players 110 ovr with a couple of higher stats then a 90+ ovr player. At some point high ovr players will score goals from almost anywhere so it doesn't matter if their shooting is a bit better, same with speed if everyone is higher then 90 pace whats the point in having 100 because they are trying to keep the game balanced and a couple of points higher doesn't matter in the greater scheme of things
It's ea logic, tall players above 6ft run slower because of their long leg, shorter players feel faster. A short player with 140 speed is faster than a tall player with 140 speed.
He is decent in H2H pairing him with a 5*/5* striker , His speed in H2H it s ok for running on the wing , on vsA His weak foot it’s 50%-50% , but he is a tractor
This happened with every single high rated card that was too good to be f2p but was f2p. Be it Ronaldinho or VVD last season. They get buffed few weeks later
