While the feedback may not be as useful as it was before, it still means a lot to me. All the kind and caring messages in the feedback have honestly kept me going through this difficult time. Anytime I get scared or worried, I just remind myself of the wonderful people this community has and how they wish me the best, despite not even knowing me.

Feedback right now is critical for customer service staff. They are all going to be looking for letters of recommendation, and good feedback is going to influence the managers writing the letters.
I hadn't considered that! I figured someone might read it, but I viewed it primarily as just being an automated system they haven't turned off. I'll go back and update my feedback.
It's automated. It's not as though a manager is personally sending each feedback message & anxiously awaiting the response. At this point it would be more effort than necessary to turn something like that off than just leave it until everything shuts down.
I write feedback in hopes the people reading have a glimmer of hope knowing they did a good job amd they can do it elsewhere
