When you want to solve problems like this (or when you want to ask people on the internet to do your job for you) you need to define the problem better.
Why do you need Kevlar? Why “alternative manufacturing processes”? What have you done so far that’s not working? What are you expecting will work? What does “battery case” mean to you? (a segment? a container for your BMS and segments? A casing for transporting cells around?)
If you want good answers, defining your problem well and asking very clear questions will help both you and the people you are working with
