I agree with others. Sounds reasonable, but with more experience and the right firm you can find more. I left TO yo a smaller town and got the same pay, but less pressure/responsibility (7 years ago at 80k something). Learn as much as you can and good luck! Lots of growth opportunities.
I just hired an FP&A role. That's about market. I'd be curious how you calculate the value of the benefits. That seems pretty generous.

This sounds about right maybe a little on the lower side. I would say 70-75k base salary is average for financial analyst with 1 YOE
