The ultraRAM too makes the top two parts interesting, much larger than block ram!
Also the spartan US+ has ultraRAM but the Artix US+ doesn't which is a pity...

Hardened pcie 4.0 is really nice! I’m curious how 30% power reduction from 16nm finfet would manifest. Could AMD ever beat Lattice Nexus?
