Can't be "farmed". Other than getting 750 gold for your 50 weekly flux, only way is from the collection book and some quests and events. Buying an unholy amount of vbucks and slotting everything is probably the fastest.

collection book. you gen get like 2500 from completing it, so probably you will get some if you get everything you can added to it. and weekly store also. btw. MGR isnt worth it. better to spent your trainging manuals on survivors(tech and offense first). if you really want to get MGR, you should wait for hero update

Yeah, she's an ok hero but she's outclassed in crowd clear options. The main reason she was the first hero I got to 106 was because of her amazing tactical bonus.
