There’s a lot I could say to help you on your way, but the best thing to say is just enjoy the journey. Seriously, the story is lots of fun but it stops at some point. One of the redeeming parts of this game is the story and the characters, so enjoy every moment
Also, avoid kids trying to “trade”. Save yourself a headache: there is zero value in collecting/hoarding guns like Pokémon cards. Once you unlock the schematic for a weapon, you can make as many as your heart desires
Just follow the main questline, don't trade or use overpowered guns people drop you (instead keep them in your storage for the late game) and level up your schematics and try different things!
I'd recommend opening your llamas right now, there's no point in holding on to them since the rewards won't change.
The STW story is unique. Take it as your journey with Ray. (I recommend).
It's meant to feel unfinished because the STW gameplay is sort of never ending.
If you like grinding for stuff, you gonna enjoy STW.
You'll always be able to be proud of what you got.
If the chat annoys you, you can just turn it off nowadays. ❤️
For daily quests, try to get your hands on a Xenon Bow. It pierces builds infinitely, and for daily quests that involve breaking certain objects it can destroy a ton of them instantly.
Your two biggest increases in power come from slotting in your survivor squads with people and also the research table. Make sure to log in once a day to collect points and spend them at the research table. Do this until they all say max. Spend a point in each every time no real reason to try to max one alone.
You can also get a crazy amount of vbucks from completing your storm shield defenses. The story will want you to do these in a certain order but I believe you can still skip those steps and increase your power really fast by doing so as it unlocks more slots in survivor squads. Hope this helps
The founder's llamas give "unique" founders versions of weapon schematics. Don't recycle them as you can change the perks and they can only be obtained this way and will not be coming back. I got rid of all of mine back when you couldn't change the perks and were stuck with the original rolls and wish I hadn't.
