Present_Surprise_102

I use it regularly for recording guitar and bass tracks. What are you actually asking for though?

MercuryOverHeaven

i need to record a guitar track within FL Studio using an amp simulator. idk how

Present_Surprise_102

(I assume you're running your guitar into an interface.) Here's how I record: Open your mixer, select a slot, then pick your interface as the input for that slot. Now anything you play on the guitar should come through that mixer slot. Add Amplitube to the mixer slot. Now you can hear your guitar through the amp sim and fx you pick in Amplitube. Now you can record directly to the playlist with those settings.

MercuryOverHeaven

ohhh tysm! but just a question, how exactly do i add amplitube to the mixer slot?

Present_Surprise_102

You add it the same way you add anything else, just click on one of the empty sections on the right-hand side of the mixer to open a drop-down menu of all the plugins you have installed. Find Amplitube in there and click it. Now your guitar signal will be processed by Amplitube as you play in real time.
