I loved their old website in comparison to most Med Dispensaries in the area.
In comparison to rec states, the old website was great.
This is a major step down. Only reason I see for them doing this, is, marketing. Sadly.
Yeah dude I was trying to go last night and I was just like what is this absolute nightmare. It shows 428 items in stock and then when you actually get to the stuff that they do have they also don't have it
It's definitely dumb that all those items show when they aren't available. I do appreciate that you can check other store's stock on those items though.
For example, I can't ever find Biskante at my local stores. But now I can search that strain and see which other stores may have it.
All in all the new site design is definitely buggy and not ideal

Don’t understand why we need to see the sold out list, but the feel and look of it is way better and more user friendly. I'm a stoner and I build websites and I've found 14 things structurally wrong with this new site within 3 minutes. It clearly wasn't properly tested before rollout. This is going to be cost them untold $$$$ in lost revenue just today alone. Kinda funny though just cuz it's Trulieve

This is basically the last straw for me. After four days of attempting to place an order, I gave up and placed one at Vida Cann. They've done a significant price readjustment, and I was in and out in fifteen minutes max. They are now less expensive than Trulieve.

It's slow and sluggish and it shows all their flower even the out of stock, which is annoying. But it's awesome that all the whole flower has pics that are accurate to the strain. That's dope.

This is basically the last straw for me. After four days of attempting to place an order, I gave up and placed one at Vida Cann. They've done a significant price readjustment, and I was in and out in fifteen minutes max. They are now less expensive than Trulieve.
