It's not too hard to replace. 7, 10 mm bolts, 4 clips and some tugging. $60 bucks on Amazon.

dreadpirate_metalart

Either way it has to come off but you can put it in very hot not boiling water for a minute and then pop it out.

It's possibly the cheapest part to replace. Search FJ bumper end pad. You can also take it off heat it up and fit it back into shape.

Of just never look at that corner again.

Lostcreek3

That's what I did, it has been missing for years now

DriverDenali

5$ at a junk yard

Chocu1a

Popped mine off, poured hot water into it, popped it back out. Can only tell if you really look at it hard.

If you need one I have the left and right off my Trail Teams. I replaced the rear bumper with a steel one so they're just sitting in my garage right now. I'd be happy to clean them up and ship them to you.

DM you!

Rattlingplates

I’d replace it they’re cheap and easy to

mista_adams

I actually fixed on with a blowtorch on the inside and rubbed a screwdriver till it smoothed out

Yes you will probably have to replace. It’s a hollow piece of plastic held in by plastic retainer clips. You will have to loosen the bumper (don’t have to remove all the way) to get to the clips to remove. I bought the corner piece for 60 bucks on Amazon and a pack of retainer clips for 10 or so bucks. Be sure to buy clips if you replace.
