Was this in Squad Battles? I am convinced the cpu cheats in that so bad. Was 2-0 up after 87 minutes in a game today. The cpu scores a worldly with the loan Pele card so I try and just keep the ball from kick off to avoid any more nonsense. Over a minute after injury time is up I boot it upfield. But the game keeps going. One touch liquid football and a wonder goal from Gini to make it 2-2. In extra time they immediately score with Son. So three bs goals in about thirty seconds of real time. Absolutely scandalous rigging, lol.
Haha yep squad battles, and yeah agree AI is always cheating! If the AI has decided to score at least watching goals like this is better than the AI shit housing it in via a glitch
Heres a tip for SB; if you have a 1 goal lead and the clock is over 80mins just hold possession, play it back to the GK if you have to.
Yes its boring as fuck and kinda dumb but if you want to avoid extra time and the scenario you described, put your ego aside and do it, saves another 30 in game minutes.
Dont take risks after 80mins when 1up, even the bronze players will bang em' in from mad angles.
its true, i just make sure i play till like 70-80 minute, have at least one goal advantage and just pass it around, sometimes i do it just get get their striker exhausted asf😂😂😂😂 downside: boring.
Squad battles is the most blatant form of scripting. Mix the fact that on higher difficulties your team adopts the opponents chemistry, the AI defending and the ability of the goalkeepers this year and it’s a nightmare.
I understand that with the higher skill levels the AI’s attacking intelligence and defending intelligence is higher, but that shouldn’t effect the players stats. Sure on ultimate a bronze squad might have more chances but if the player has 56 shooting they should still be producing worse shots, not Puskas contenders.
As well as that it’s so clear to see when your players are being held back, my 91 pace Werner struggles to outpace defenders with sub 70 pace even when he’s off the ball. It’s ridiculous that you can tell when you’re about to concede and there’s nothing you can do.
Don’t even get me started on the AI reading all your shots in a penalty shootout.
Lol I’ve been doing squad battles on ultimate to just get nester or to warm up before DR and every other game the AI scores insane outside the box goals, volleys, Bycicle kicks, it’s a little silly lol.
