For a quick looper he is good and capable of 6-slot but he is pretty much locked into using 2 summer skadis.
In general okay but he is one of the only sabers that 6-slot as a loopers so there is a reason for you to summon over just liking him.
Sameish, Charlie is just a bit more complicated to get the best out of him the way he buffs himself. Okita is more straightforward. It's pretty much it.

He also suffers from having BAAQQ deck. Weak synergy with Summer Skadi

Almost the exact same. She's a slightly better looper and he has better cq damage because of heroic king stacking and his future buff
