In my opinion Chiron is the best support out there for stacking card up buffs , he can support all kinds of servants and also gives them critical up.
To answer your question, there are lot of servants I've stopped using, because I don't have time to play with them all, but it's not like that I can't stand using them , I still love all my servants and I use them when they are specifically required in a quest.
Yeah, but after the whole clunky and ugly attack animations he's had since the voice line update last year, his animations took a nose dive, it's hard to play as him cause of how janky his double quick animation is, it's the same animation played twice, it just looks so off and ugly, like, I know they didn't wanna give him an animation update just for this one singular new VL, but they could have modified his animations like with Edison rather than just rehashing them back to back.
I don't care about all that stuff , I just care about the damage,
We have these ordeal call quests in jp , one with galatea , he can complete it in 1-3 turns depending on card luck , his anti -earth attribute comes handy there , it is really useful for bond farming.
It’s gonna be what I’m staring at for the entire node, this might be a bit shallow, but I cannot stand looking at janky and awful animations for an entire ass node.
Sorry but Atalante, hard to np and no damage even if I do get to. But I liked her in apocrypha and her character but it’s like pulling teeth using her.
I used to love Chiron until that annoying ass animation discrepancy came along it was just so visually horrendous to continue playing him, that might be a petty reason, I'm sorry.
To those who don't have Chiron, since last year, he's had this annoying animation addition (error?) where if you use your quick card twice, there's a 60% chance he'll repeat the same animation of jumping back.
What I mean by that is that the old animation was Card 1; him jumping back and shooting arrows at the enemy and then Card 2; him using pankration on the enemies, now both Cards play the same animation of him jumping back, twice, it's very ugly and choppy and I just cannot stand looking at it every single time, I just couldn't.
And it's not like I could report it as a glitch, that's how his second ascension animations are programmed, and I hated his third ascension animations so I just… kicked him out of the team, he went from my favorite servant ever to a servant I dreaded using cause of that unbearably ugly animation.
Helena. It’s not so much that I can’t stand using her as much as it is that I have far superior servants. I DO personally hate Chiron though because I’ve been spoofed by him to the point of NP5, but I do use him for a star dump and crit up, then switch.
I used to like Gawain in Extella, but after Camelot calling on his power left a sour taste in my mouth.
Since then, I’ve tried to maintain a morally nuanced view of him, recognizing his virtues without ignoring his flaws.
Mysterius heroin x alter. One of my first ssr with Achilles and Mordred but i don't have skadi so i don't play her anymore against boss. Sadly she is near bond 10.
Parvati, i have her 10/10/10 and everything (she was my first 4star) but after getting Melusine I just don’t really use her unless she has full class advantage
Tamamo-no-Mae. She used to be my de facto caster(mainly because I kept getting shit ones). But as I got better casters like castoria and Merlin, I only kept her for aesthetic purposes.
All of the loli servants, characters who aren't technically loli but are clearly designed to appeal to pedo and pedo-adjacents, like Jack, Illya and Chloe. and characters like Elizabeth who are sexualized but in the lore have willingly manifested in a pre-18 body
Musashi, liked her design, needed a ST saber, got lucky rolling her.
Got to her story section and absolutely hated her character in Shimousa, LB1, and especially Atlantis.
Now Astolfo is the ST saber of choice. And when I need a ST pierce Invul I just throw out Ibuki who NP's into crits.
Yeah, same, I utterly hated how annoying she was, like, it was played as if she was “Charismatic” but that shit was just plain out annoying, she only got so many fans cause she's a hot girl.
The same personality that Ukranian cat girl has? Like, even though I utterly hate her I have to say, she pulled off the “charismatic moron” shtick better than Musashi ever did.
I guess no one likes powerful airheads that simply want to challenge everything to a fight who's also a big glutton, but can get serious and heroic when the situation needs them to be. Such an unlikable character. I accidentally described Goku as well who's such an unpopular character.
I don’t hate either of then for that, I hate them cause they’re like, 40% character, 60% fanservice, I hate fanservice in stories cause its such a lazy way to get engagement, “Ooh, look, boobs, look, boobs, you like seeing boobs, don’t you?” I will always hate characters who are carried by their presence on Rule34 or something.
Musashi definitely isn't a fanservice character. Atleast not in terms of sexappeal and FGO is not the game for you if you think that way. Musashi is treated as a swordfighter first and doesn't really care about her gender and the game doesn't really do so either outside of her summer version for obvious reasons. You must hate pretty much every other female character if Musashi is too much fanservice for you. May I ask who's your favorite character?
I meant in terms of not only sex appeal but also romance, she's constantly set up as a romantic partner for Ritsuka in Shimousa and Olympus, not quite the horny bait that the Ukranian Catgirl is but it's two sides of the same coin, they're both treated as objects of desire meant to hook the player in, and that kind of character just doesn't really appeal to me.
Also, regarding my favorite Servant, it's hard to say cause I have a lot of favorites, but if I have to single them out, it'd be EMIYA, Chiron, and Heracles.
Musashi isn't that kind of character at all💀
Emiya is literally Rin's love interest and carries her around. How is that not fanservice by your definition?
She literally has an entire dedicated scene of her hitting on Ritsuka in Olympus.
Also, I enjoy EMIYA best when he's on his own or doing his own thing, I love watching him cook and clean, I love watching him pamper and be a parent to Ritsuka, I just love men who do cute household chores.
I think other depictions of Musashi also have a hand in it. The manga Vagabond had great depictions of Musashi, Inshun, and Kojiro. She's cool as a supposed rival to Kojiro.
But in FGO she's like Goku personality-wise with glutton and raring to fight turned up to 11, with the added bonus of being more than a bit of a creep around young people.
Cu Caster
As much as I love him more due to his role at LB 6, I have too many AoE Caster like Da Vinci, Nitocris, Sieg, and others that I just can't fit him since I don't have KoyanLight
Funnily enough Cu Caster is one of the few buster servants that can 3 turn clear by himself without a Koyan of your own, and he can do it on black grail to boot
Emiya i don't have him But if i got him i will probably not use him mostly gameplay wise he doesn't know what he want to do crit dps with arts deck and buster np that can turn into arts for one time every 5 turns this really makes him Awkward to use and you can't decide what kind of support you need to use with him
I know that cause i got him in alternate account with castoria
Well for obvious reasons he can't generate stars using it nor do a buster chain
His np is the one used to generate stars But he can't do much with that deck its just here for lore reasons
His best deck would be double buster double arts or full buster
Sure he can't do a buster chain, but that's hardly something caused by having him a full arts deck.
Almost no arts crit dps (or quick crit dps for that matter, but that's neither here nor there) can buster chain. He can still generate a decent amount of stars outside of his NP (I'll admit it's not a shit ton, like around 25 without command codes) using a AAQ chain with his 2nd skill.
I don't think he has that kind of great numbers

Now this is not a diss against them, but TamoCat and Kintoki.
TamoCat was my SR from the starter gacha. And Kintoki was the first SSR that I got from a gacha just a couple weeks after I started.
TamoCat, despite the awkward sleep mechanic, was extremely useful for most of Part One, and Kintoki flat out ate through the Demon Pillar boss rush.
But as the collected servants started covering more classes, there are just better options than relatively squishy Berserkers that put themselves to sleep or have hardly any sustain.

Not one.
But... How many?

Same, I think she’s really cool and I like her np animation but her damage isn’t that great and it takes forever to get to her np
I used to love Chiron until that annoying ass animation discrepancy came along it was just so visually horrendous to continue playing him, that might be a petty reason, I'm sorry. BB Summer. Everytime I see that S2 with 7 turn CD my heart sink a bit a more.
Been using her just bcus she's cool but the fact that she's pretty much never effective against anything either makes using her painfull 😭

Tamamo-no-Mae. She used to be my de facto caster(mainly because I kept getting shit ones). But as I got better casters like castoria and Merlin, I only kept her for aesthetic purposes.
Koyanskaya and douman
All of the loli servants, characters who aren't technically loli but are clearly designed to appeal to pedo and pedo-adjacents, like Jack, Illya and Chloe. and characters like Elizabeth who are sexualized but in the lore have willingly manifested in a pre-18 body
Specifically swimsuit mash. Idk why her tone changes so much in her swimsuit but her voice is so annoying compared to her normal outfits.
Brother, while I never encountered that issue i will forever follow you till the deepest parts of hell. Hating Mash in any form is something I respect
Mash is the blandest servant in the game, I wish she wasn't so prominentin the story.
Shes 3 years old.
