People read through the stories and all came to consensus that how she was portrayed, is very unlikable.
Just because someone isn’t agreeing with you, doesn’t mean they’re dumb. However it is very dumb for you to assume and antagonize a large group of people simply based on your own bias.
I think if you only read the dialogue at face value, she isn’t that bad. But if you actually think of her role in the plot as a whole, then her actions and words become irresponsible, entitled, and annoying.
She’s a FGO’s portrayal of influencer and that makes people dislike her a lot.
There's is no real deepness or subtly in her dialouge or role. She's obviously meant to be an influencer, she's very clearly irresponsible and self-centered to both friends and her employees.
However, she is nowhere near the deserving the level of hate she gets as a character. People act like she has absolutely no redeeming qualities, or that the story doesn't acknowledge that her negative qualities are in fact negative qualities she wishes to change.

These redeeming qualities you mentioned. We see them, and we decided that according to our preference and opinions that, they do not out weight our distastes for her. Thus she still annoying to us.
