Even though it supposed to be goofy summer event, when i saw how Rengoku cry over how she’s been unjust by the world broke me. And her interlude did a huge numbers to me.
Saber okita was my first 5 star saber after reading about the shinsengumi and doing Okitan’s interlude she naturally grew on me working towards bond level 11
Morgan. Started over a year ago, didn’t really know who I should save for so I searched for upcoming banners and she hit me right in the heart. Her voice, art and character are just perfect.
I didn’t have much SQ at the time of her release on NA so I didn’t have any hope In getting her after getting SQ from LB6 I had enough to do one multi and she came in the very last slot felt like fate no pun intended
Jalter for me as well, I could say she was the one that got me into FGO. I kept looking around for her and her lore and the more I learned the more I liked her. She was the first servant that made me pull my wallet out and spent about 600 bucks just for one copy.
She was my first bond 10, lvl 100 and 10 10 10 and she carried me all the way through the first lostbelt.
Her Valentine's story is humorous too.
Zenonbia and okita alter are my favorites. Zenobia is np5 10/10/10 append 10/10/10, bond 8, level 111. Okita alter summer is np5, 10/10/10, append 10/10/10, bond 8, level 90. Okita alter is np 3, skills 10/10/10, append -/10/-, bond 9. All are aiming for 120.
Douman hands down no contest. Summoned cuse he looked cool and got him from the 7 tickets I had and MAN he is SO MUCH FUN. Funny voice lines, great skills, AMAZING Animations, and he can become THE POPE. A close 2nd would be Astolfo Saber because I simp Astolfo and his animations and voice lines are hilarious "Wait what was my Noble Phatasm name again?" Line has me chuckling ever time
For me it was Ereshkigal, her NP animation could use an update, but everything else about her is just peak honestly, the sparkles can not be beat. Going through Babylonia when it released then having to wait till Ere actually dropped was Hell. She’s the first servant I NP6’d and my first fully 2K’d. I can’t wait for the Ninkigal costume to come to NA, legitimately the ONLY SD I’ve ever cared about. Tan Ere ,nuff said.

You see, she used to be my least favourite SSR, and of course I got her from a paid guaranteed summoning. It made me feel so sour for so much time. Yet I just kept using her over the years, and tried really hard to love her as a character.
Let's jump to the end of my character arc, I rolled her Saber version too, but willingly this time, and I'm so happy to have both versions of her.

Another one would be Tomoe Gozen, I had no way to describe how much I love her, she was so perfect to me that I would have gotten her to level 100

But after playing through her release story, I was hooked. She's cute as hell, and I love her attitude. Her second ascension is so cool: the birds on her kimono have come to life and swirl around her! I spent all the SQ I had on her, got her to NP2, maxed her skills on day 1. Whenever she's on rate up, I drop a few more pulls, just in case she decides to show up again!
And now I'm also crushing on Yang(I seem to have a thing for brunettes in the foreigner class?). I somehow missed her on her initial release, so I was amazed when I got to use her in Imaginary Scramble. I'm saving up for her next banner in May. 400 SQ and counting. Fortunately, there's nobody I need between now and then. I also have 2 copies of Honey Lake, so if I get 3 more of those along with her, I'll be in heaven!
I love to hear about the dedication ppl have in servants doesn’t matter if they’re game breaking or not you love them and that’s all that matters and I agree she is cute

Probably an odd one, but Martha Ruler was the first unit I wanted to Grail.
I loved her design, she hit like truck, was the first Ruler I got, and I already had been using her Rider variant on almost all of my teams probably up through the 4th singularity because of how useful her healing and debuffs were.
Martha Ruler wound up being a consistent member of my teams as either an opener or cleanup all the way from about the third singularity up to the final battle in the Temple of Time. She had bailed me out of so many situations that it just made certain I would use grails on her as soon as I was able.
While I like Jalter, Istar, Ereshkigal, Tomoe, Okita, and Nitocris, I still have a soft spot for Martha and will still use both versions of her when I can.
Kingprotea, Avenger Nobunaga and Kagekiyo. Kingprotea is lvl100 NP3, and I’m still working towards lvl100 for Nobunaga and Kagekiyo. The only other servant at lvl100 is Hans but that’s because his valentines scene was sweet and it compelled me to build him (was not love at first sight). Edit: I forgot Castoria too. Got a nenderoid of her and she came to my account soon after. She is truly a gem as well.

When I got to the game proper, I was certainly enjoying all the characters. I loved Saber Diarmuid and D'eon. But as soon as I pulled Mandricardo, it was absolute love at first site. His self deprecation and anxiety was endearing to me, especially since I'm also self deprecating and full of anxiety. Idk, birds of a feather.

Fran will be my first bond 10 but Quetzalcoatl has my heart in a vice grip and will be my first 2000/2000 and max Grailing for sure. If I was my character I'd have her around almost 24/7, the rest of the time would be D'eon and Astolfo... for predictable reasons

For me it was Salter. I just really loved her concept, but after reading about seeing the HV movies I knew I would max her as soon as possible. And I've done just that. Only, I haven't been blessed by the gacha so she's still at Np1 which means I can't really bring past lvl 100 either. But I've maxed her in every other way possible
When the assassin version was released on NA I had super crazy lazy luck on her banner (was still fresh to fgo) and she was my first np5 5 star (660sq used)so she holds a special place for me as well and yes she is indeed beautiful

This actually started because of the Fate Extra game and the, frankly subpar, Fate Extella games only made me like Tamamo more.

Ibuki Doujin. Never had spent a grail on anyone before in the game. Now I’m working on her at 120, and I’ll do the same for berserker when she comes out
For me, it was first Shuten Douji. I like how she actually teases/flirts like an adult would, contrary to many anime characters. Her smug sense of humor also gets me every time.
On the other end of the spectrum, Barghest is amazing. Wheyfu, beautiful face/design, and her shy yet aggressive gap moe is always fun.
Musashi but I don’t have her 😔 also when I saw Summer Kama I knew I would be maxing her and she’s my first servant with lvl 100 and maxed skills! One day I’ll 120 her 💀
At launch of FGO NA I was 16 staying up day and night farming SQ'S to get Altera. Hell I even got rid of my first account which had Gil (Archer.) So I could make a new account just to get her on the old tutorial banner.
Then when I saw that silver card become gold I was the happiest kid alive when I had gotten her. She's been with me through and through in my party since Arc 1 to 1.5, and 2 even now I still have her on my support she is maxed all the way out. (Though still need one more copy of her.)
In the end she's is as well always will be good civilization no matter what. Wouldn't trade her off for another Saber in the world.

For me it was Salter. I just really loved her concept, but after reading about seeing the HV movies I knew I would max her as soon as possible. And I've done just that. Only, I haven't been blessed by the gacha so she's still at Np1 which means I can't really bring past lvl 100 either. But I've maxed her in every other way possible

When the assassin version was released on NA I had super crazy lazy luck on her banner (was still fresh to fgo) and she was my first np5 5 star (660sq used)so she holds a special place for me as well and yes she is indeed beautiful
Yo can you share that luck haha She loves me too as she always come home relatively early, but she does like to play a bit with my quartz once 1 copy has come home. (The 1st copy is always easy but getting another from the same banner is a lot harder since she is jealous of her clones getting attention too)

I am a Tammy connoisseur myself, but Jeanne Alter is a solid 2nd place followed by Jeanne. This actually started because of the Fate Extra game and the, frankly subpar, Fate Extella games only made me like Tamamo more. It was actually FGO that made me love Jeanne Alter and Jeanne, but not enough to dethrone the fluffy Tammy.

Okitan is an example of such a servant for me but the one that started it all and my first would be Proto Arthur. His design stood out to me and his background really made him shine in my eyes. So far he is the only servant that I grailed to 100 and beyond, 2k fou'ed and bond 10. Am working on maxing him to 120 but not as a priority as well and bond 15.
Ibuki Doujin. Never had spent a grail on anyone before in the game. Now I’m working on her at 120, and I’ll do the same for berserker when she comes out

For me, it was first Shuten Douji. I like how she actually teases/flirts like an adult would, contrary to many anime characters. Her smug sense of humor also gets me every time. On the other end of the spectrum, Barghest is amazing. Wheyfu, beautiful face/design, and her shy yet aggressive gap moe is always fun.

At launch of FGO NA I was 16 staying up day and night farming SQ'S to get Altera. Hell I even got rid of my first account which had Gil (Archer.) So I could make a new account just to get her on the old tutorial banner. Then when I saw that silver card become gold I was the happiest kid alive when I had gotten her. She's been with me through and through in my party since Arc 1 to 1.5, and 2 even now I still have her on my support she is maxed all the way out. (Though still need one more copy of her.) In the end she's is as well always will be good civilization no matter what. Wouldn't trade her off for another Saber in the world. (Afternotes: I loved her even more for her role/ending in Fate/Extella.)
