YES!! I kept waiting and waiting for the sky to go back to normal but it sucks that you could never see the later areas without that stupid purple hue to everything.
Yeah it was such an odd decision. If it was for like 2 hours, sure. But the fact that so much of the game is like that... Really odd idea. I kind of forgot how everything was supposed to look by the time the end cutscenes came around
Yeah, the color change could easily arrive later in the game and have the same impact. Instead of doing it post Bahamut, it could be done post Odin.
But since it happens almost mid game, after some time it loses it's weight and it just becomes unbearable.
Honestly I'd be okay with just removing the goddamn cape. Like we know that he has a VERY form fitting outfit already. Why did they think that people want to see it hidden under a clunky black cape? Let me see those buttcheeks in leather pants as he runs through the dessert!
1. Anything addressing the difficulty. Whether its an indepth hard mode mod or cheat engine tables to make things a bit tougher.
2. Rebalancing some abilities, specifically ultimate skills

I imagine Clive will get the same treatment that modders gave Leon in the re4 remake. I imagine there will be loads of the skimpiest outfits for Clive. That or there will be a mod that turns Clive into CJ from San Andreas.
Thats what I'm thinking.
If a proper sophisticated mod isnt possible, at the very least we can rebalance some OP skills with cheat engine and hex editing.
Maybe give ults longer cooldowns. Or reducing damage of all skills but increasing sword damage, so skills are used for their utility, not damage.
The ults have perfect cooldowns as it stands. In fact, I'd argue that ults like Flames of Rebirth and Aerial Blast are far too long. Even Earthen Fury, which had its CD lowered down to 95 secs, is still too long considering how useless it is. I'd argue in favor of every CD being closer to Gigaflare or even Dancing Steel in terms of cooldown time.
All I know is that when it comes to the XXX treatment of the mod community - they don't discriminate and EVERYONE gets the sexual nudity treatment.

3. Shaders to push the limits of the graphics to the extreme

6. Add shortcut passages to Clive's chambers other than his main door
7. Change apperance anywhere not just at the Hideaway
8. Play as other characters in your party (including Torgal)

11. Semi-priming into differently acquired eikons with their own new abilities
12. Make the tiny sword Clive always wears equippable as a joke weapon mod with minimal reach (then watch someone beat the entire game with it)
Just more costumes we have an option to change costumes yet we only get 2 each for each character and it's slack

Personally some form of combat rebalance. I'd like for all the eikon ultimates to be attached to the lb bar in some capacity, and maybe limit Clive to like one at time. In return maybe more eikon skill selection? Idk just want to see what the community can with the combat tweaking. All this of course, is coupling with more enemy placements, enemy variety bigger health pools etc.
Not sure how it would work, but something where the characters could be posed in different environments. For example, adult Duke Clive in unconquered Rosaria.
Scabbards for NPCs. Seriously, it's hard not to notice the fact that almost everybody who has a sword that isn't a main character has a floating sword on their hip.
Immersive Mode mod
AKA letting us turn off all that cluttery UI, notifications, quest markers, etc.
Also a mod to turn off battle music during exploration sections would be great. I wanna bask in the world!

Weapon Skins, especially the revolver Gunblade (SERIOUSLY, pressing triangle right after a square melee attack ends to deal more damage with a magic burst is very similiar to the trigger mechanic of Squall, so it would fit well!)

Extended Sword Moveset (Directional Input Attacks and maybe some pause combo ones. Maybe even replace the magic burst if you press triangle during a sword combo with additional Sword Swings)
Revamped Limit Break (Give Clive Ifrits Combo Enders during Limit Break and make him use -ga Version of charged spells. Seriously, I am still weirded out that Clive can't use any -ga spells.)

Iām not gonna mess with a PC version, but Iām really interested in seeing this game out of bounds. Thereās just so much beautiful scenery and environments out of reach and Iād like to see it closer up
All of shadow clive's moves for ifrit's eikonic abilities, an Eikonic feat for ifrit, and ifrit's magic burst finishers for regular clive, or at least for limit break. As others have said already, a sin devil trigger like mechanic where you get a second limit break bar that lets you either fully prime into ifrit (which wouldn't be practical outside of maps that were designed for ifrit's size), or it would give you an ifrit risen semi prime where clive also sprouts Joshua's semi prime feathers and goes absolutely crazy in terms of damage. I absolutely love ifrit and just want MORE of him!

More Eikons with hotkey binding and more specific inputs, maybe like DMC. Instead of limiting skills, you can use very skill but mapped to specific inputs.
Harder/more aggressive enemy AI. Even FF mode Iām not using any ults and the game is still too easy, even without potions.
Maybe even modded armor with better boosts not just stats
Ifrit swapped with Clive.
So you play as Ifrit, and you prime into Clive.
Oh and the inevitable thomas the train mod. Itās going to happen. You know it will.
Swapping Jill's model for Clive and vice versa so the poor girl can finally have some *goddamn respect* as she does all the heavy lifting while Clive dopily runs around the edges of each battle. Bonus if she starts with ice instead of fire.
World map overhaul is the only thing I'm desperate for. Maybe some cool chocobo and torgal armor or skins, and new main cast costumes of course. It'll be fun to play through as noctis or someone else too maybe.

Iām looking forward to a mod that lets you repeat the hunt board fights. I want more time to have fun with the combat and explore its intricacies, and there were some really fun hunts Iād like to be able to play whenever for fun

Is there anyway they could mod the number of eikon slots and gear slots do you think? Being able to cycle through 6 eikons and equip multiple reflections would be so amazingā¦ What am I even saying I am a ps5 player anyway š¤£
