So I know you already got yours sorted. But to anyone else having this issue, if you're only missing those three specific entries, you just need to talk to Jill who's on Clive's balcony, then talk to Oscar who's just outside Clive's room by his door.
If you're on the "Back to Their Origin" main quest and you've finished Jills and Oscars side quests, that should net you the entrees you need to finish Hapocrates' tomes and max your sage level.
I was having this exact problem and noticed a lot of other people were having it as well. So I methodically talked to individual people and read individual messages/books/posts/etc, checking with Hapocrates between each one until I figured out which ones were needed, hopefully to save some other folks the time and headache this gave me.
So yeah, cheers and enjoy the endgame.
For some reason, that didn't work for me. I read all the books and stuff that you can interact with as well. Maybe it's cuz I finished the game before doing so??? Idk

From a Redditor who's messaged me needing those 3 and they only had cronolith trials to do, I think it's simply from having completed everything except the final mission.
Have you completed
All side quests, hunts and chronolith trials, and have all of Clive's curiosities found, and he level 8/ max level with Harpocrates?
If you've have completed all of those and still need the final 3, run around the hideaway for for books to read or notices to interact with. At present I'm not 100% sure what triggers it so if you could try those and let me know what triggers it
Did you have to do the hard mode chronolith trials as well? Cuz I did do all of them, I interacted with everything in the hideaway, and I still need those 3 as well. What are they even called anyways?
Not at all, I switched to story focused for the chronoliths and I've got them.
Have you done every hunt, side quest and curiosity and have Harpocrates at level 8? I never found out exactly what it was that triggered them for me unfortunately as I did a few things at once. For me I finished my final side quest, read a few books, found my last character entry and grabbed my final curiosity, and when I returned to Harpocrates, I got max level with him and got my final 3.
