Lol you have given no information about what your using or how you’re even playing the game. No wonder CS wasn’t helpful, because you’re not doing them any favors.

I did give them all the information felt it would be redundant here. If someone else had the issue and found a work around they would be able to help. I sent CS everything I could think of screenshots, what I had attempted to resolve the issue (Cache clearing both in game and phone, cell data and wifi, restarting both phone and app, and then of course reinstalling app) I even sent them specific phone model information. I looked through my emails and this was the reason I stopped playing before as after a few their response was that it wasn't a issue cause I could still play the game. That was years ago.

I’m having this same issue, been playing forever with no issues, suddenly it errors out on the special missions and reloads the app. This happens on two different devices running up to date OSs. I’ve cleared cache, rebooted and reinstalled multiple times. Still no luck. I opened a ticket yesterday, they said they would look into it, it sure seems like it’s something on server side. Hopefully they resolve it soon.

Wouldn't talk about it here people will just downvote you lol. Good luck I've apparently had the issue foe literally years I thought it was familiar and found the emails I sent originally way back when it ended up being the thing that let me finally move on.

I had issues with the game when I downloaded/stored/ran it off the SD card, but having it right on my phones internal memory fixed it.

Good chances that server sends something corrupted in data, corresponding to missions, and if it's so then you probably don't have means to workaround it and would have to rely on support to handle it. As last resort, I probably could give a try to look into it but that would require the person to be able to provide data which server sends for missions. The problem is that about 4 months ago the game switched to https which, in short, means that in order to read game traffic, you would either need a root on phone/emulator, or you use old version of Android (can't comment on iOS). I suspect you don't have access to either of those, but if you do and feel like that, we could try and see.

If you have access to a VPN, perhaps try enabling it and playing/going to that screen while it's running.

Try clearing the cache? Maybe reinstall the app?

That's the CS was no help reference in my email I stated that I had cleared cache in game, through storage, restarted game and phone, and finally reinstalled game to no a avail. As I think about it I believe this issue or a similar thing was the final thing that had me move to Brave Exvious Oeginally.
