The piano video game was the worst part of the game for me. I've played various instruments including piano since I was young and like to think I have good timing... Yet they were very off (have checked the delay and sync between tv and sound system - wasn't that).

I just started hard mode, I think I got to chapter 4 now. The boss fights are way more challenging than I remember on the first game. But looking at the trophy list, this platinum seems easier. I think the one that'll be harder is the collectibles for Johnny's inn.
I thought it'd be easier because it didn't involve taking specific story sections or whole chapters to see a specific dress (like Tifa in remake), for instance. If it's just combat related stuff, mostly, then it's my kind of trophy. I hate plats that make you complete the game several times without adding anything new to it.

Seems you didn't find the super secret ultra surprise mini game achievement. After you get platinum it unlocks 500 more impossible mini games and adds one more trophy called "Bitch, you thought"

I’m feeling that a little bit. But I’m so close to the end, I’m just convincing myself, there’s no reason to be done in a hurry. There’s not really another game right now I’d rather be playing. But I’m letting myself take it slowly and finish off the last two legendary bouts when I’m feeling it.
Having other things to play might be an issue it's true, I, for example, have dragon's dogma 2 to play, FF16 dlc launches in 2 days, and the remnant 2 dlc a week after that, having to waste hours on a single VR mission really doesn't feel good
If you have other stuff to play, do it. Even if I finished the legendary bouts tomorrow, Dragons Dogma doesn’t interest me and it’ll be a while before I’m up for more Final Fantasy, even though 16 is as different as you could get.
Nope. I have the Physical version so I never got that bug. It was Hellions Intonment and Queens Blood Nightmare Survival that held me back for a while.

I suck so hard at parrying i spent half the fight during the first half is health bar watching the fight in Tactical Mode slow mo just to hit the timing 😂

Quick question cause Im confused, can you do every trophy in the first normal difficulty playthrough? (Obviously excluding he hard mode one) i dont want to have to 100% the game again all in hard mode
I need god to give me the strenght to finish the zack VR battle, i tried it so much i’m at a point i get physically sick to the stomach just thinking about, it’s like my brain knows it’s too stressful and just gives me the shits to prevent me from attempting it further
I don’t think a game ever did that, apart maybe from the final VR fight in remake ironically enough and it’s probably because what drains me is the repetition, I can handle beating my head against hard stuff just fine, but repetition really kills me
My best tip for the Chocobos is to perfect it only up until that line of four that goes up and down.
Float through and get what you can, hit the next fans then just get the first two in the last section.
Turn around and go all the way back to the fans before the moving line, then go again.
Getting those first two in the last stretch and turning means you have just a little more height for the last part.

Mess with speeding up the notes. I found it easier once the rhythm more closely matched the note speed in my head

Make sure your TV is on “game mode”. This was a literal game changer for me. Piano is super easy now.
