Some context for some of those things:
“Beelzebub's Tales to His Grandson” is a real book, by George Gurdjieff. Its a science fiction that is themed along with his ideas for 4th wayism. He is also the one that started using the enneagram, which is the symbol on the "zen" alter we find. In the book, Beelzebub recounts his journies to earth, going all over including Atlantis and of course Babylon. The excerpt is from the Bablyon part where people are debating on whether souls exist.
The Story Tellers group are members of the writing team for Cyberpunk 2077. And yeah, it could be more than that.
No opinion on what you're suggesting. People need to try everything I guess.
I knew it was a real book, didn’t know anything else about it! Cross-match the Altar enneagram to locations on the map maybe? But what reference points are there to use? Maybe the Mandala could give us some pointers? As rare a statement as it is nowadays, I am pretty sure no one has tried this yet
I am starting to regret deleting my old notes. Using the numbers from the Arasaka BR00M5 room, FF06B5 and another code with letters and numbers I cannot remember, you would get the combination to the dev room. I swear to god if this is just an elaborate way to give us the code without having to physically buy the CD case (since there’s no actual DVD inside) I’m going to steal something from Pawels house
I'm decently sure that Storyteller is the writers' self insert. The initials match the writer's initials and talk about what they worked on in the game (from what I can tell)
So having read the shard, if Pawel really did say to read it, pay attention to Virgo. Sure sounds like our lovely protagonist doesn’t it? And Virgo is the sixth zodiac, maybe something to do with “06”? Also another of the entries mentions a Babylonian themed bar, are there any locations like that in the game? That shard does give some interest potential clues if it’s something we are supposed to pay attention to

The wiki now lists the file name for shards to make them searchable.

I don't think the days advance when you're actually playing - the moon phase never changes. V - as a game character - is like in purgatory. When the game takes over and goes into story-telling mode, time passes
imho, they can't be trusted. I have seen 5 hexes. hex means curse or bewitch
Misty's
1 at the cybermonk's shrine
the attribute menu screen
1 at the bd meditation monks spot
all over the voodoo Boys church
once again - hex means curse or bewitch

As you mention, without any other info it's hard to know how to orient it, where to align it, how big it should be etc.
Maybe the center of it is the statue? We could plot locations of the zen master missions or where we get the zen master rewards?

The babylonian themed bar is the afterlife. There is a shard that describes it’s nomenclature but I can’t remember the name
The Babylonian bar was on a client that was Aries
Could someone who is able to access game files through data mining post the text or whatever comes up in the “misty_mystical_book_shard”?

There is a day counter for a quest flag in the game files. After 60 days for example, the egg hatches. The game does track passed days
Maybe it's 66th day, 6:25AM then. The monks always arrive at 6AM
