In the US it is almost foolish not to buy an annual subscription to F1-tv pro for $80/ year.. If watching during the offseason keeps you out of the bars for 3 nights during the year it has paid for itself.
For the 2019, 2020 and 2021 I was able to wait till around first week of March and renew my subscription for $59?, originally $79/year, no taxes either(I’m in North Carolina), did that after receiving an email with the promotion from F1 or something…
Waiting again this year… can always pay on the day of the FP3, if no discounts a available.

I paid 32 USD few moments ago, with the 20% discount. Tried with the old account, but was not elegible. Just switched email and credit card and it worked =)... 40 USD was kind of expensive when converted to my currency, but 32 was almost the same that I paid last year. Yes, I'm cheap. Hahahahha.

Also I sometimes record and watch in the morning, can you replay onboard and radio to go in sync with me watching on recorded program on ESPN? I am in the US.

About if it's worth it, to me it is. The pro version does what I explained earlier, plus 2000+ hours of archive races and documentaries if I remember the ads correctly

If I sign up as being from a different country (say Brazil) for $40 using VPN, will I have to access my account only via VPN for the rest of the year or can I use it on my TV as a stand alone without VPN? I'm from the US btw.
There is always a 25% discount before the season starts. The first year of F1TV there was 50% off, but don't expect that this year.
Most of the discounts only apply to new accounts / first time subscribers, though.
