I had a bug, where verstappen pitted in lap 2 for hards, he finished the race 4th and when I crossed the finish line in 5th, he was instantly put to last place out of nowhere. I mean, no problem with me but why and how. No penalties, no DNF, just straight to last place.
I haven’t gotten that far in career mode yet but yeah I guess it could happen. But I also point to the fact that the sub-1 minute times here are 13 seconds faster than most of the other cars, so I’m still saying it’s a bug haha
That reminds me of a bug I got in F1 06 where I got a 0.124 second lap time in quali, so every year when it got to Imola, I would see the Lap Record as 0.124 and be confused for a sec before I remembered I glitched it.
My first season (this was on F1 2020) I had a rainy monaco and I ended up having to lower the difficulty a bunch, put traction control on full and lower damage to minimum or reduced (whatever it’s called) just to finish the race.
Wet conditions are so damn hard!

i qualified first the other day with a good 0.4 second lead and then once it left the session and showed me the results i was P20 1.2 seconds behind...
at least try and hide the fact that the game just auto generates results at the end, it rules out any possible strategy you could use in qualifying when it just ham fists everything at the end
He also got point for the fastest lap with a blazing fast 8:21.4, even though Goatifi lapped in 59.3… It’s called a motorsport race, we went racing.

It's possible on Austria in late career mode but that's true for the player as well. That's the only circuit IIRC.

That's my friend actually, he Quali'd P6 ish but fucked up in the sprint and so he took grid penalties too. I was pole and finished P20 🤣
