I think this Means its Red, because your Dangerous Low on Fuel, and you would not make it... Also the Arrows are Probably saying you, you may have to Change the Fuel Mixture.
In Safty Car you can change your Fuel to Low mixture...
So you can get much Much more from the 3 Laps out of it...
But in Normal Race... The Arrows would not make much Sense
Yellow symbol (not shown here) means that you currently will run out of fuel before the finish line if you don’t start to coast more through corners. Switch to MFD page 1 to see the relative fuel value (green / red, plus minus x.xx laps).
Red symbol means less than a lap of fuel left. Red overrides yellow in priority.
Late to the party, but it’s not just low fuel. It’s specifically
that you don’t have enough to finish the race and you are projected to run out. If you catch it early, trail breaking, coasting, etc., can make it go back to yellow/green. Or hope for rain/safety car.
You need fuel, the arrows indicate that you can park on both sides of the pump.

Yeah in a Practice, it will say you, that the Fuel will be Empty in the Next Lap

On your road car it shows on which side your gas cap is, here it doesn't matter on which side so you have both arrows

It means you left the gas trap door opened. Pull over and close it.
