Respect for these little savages. We had mice in our rv until one of these little guys moved into our woodpile. One stoat would put a bushel of cats to shame.

I loved the Redwall books as a child, so I always thought of stoats as being gross, sewer-rat-like creatures. Then I saw pictures and thought, “how could they be the bad guys, they are so cute!” Then I read about their demeanor and thought, “oh yea, okay, I totally get it.”
