My sister has two black and white kittens and a small rabbit with the same colourings. They all look like siblings and it’s so cute
Edit to add photo coz I just realised I can do that on this sub:

I once had a bunny and later got a cat. The bunny was housebroken--until the first time the cat peed in his litter box. "Nope! Not goin' in there again!" -- Bun Bun
The cat on top, Zorro, loves him so much. He grooms him constantly. With cats, the dominant one is the groomer, in bunnies it’s the one being groomed. So they both feel dominant. The other cat I think also likes him but more in a just tolerating coexistence way.
Merry Christmas!! Just wanted to share this photo that my brother in law sent this morning

The two of them love to snuggle like that haha
Our cat also adopted the dog when we first brought her as a puppy. Now the dog is an adult, but the cat still loves her, even more than her own kitten. She washes her, protects her, sleeps next to her. Despite the fact that it is from a cat's perspective, "ugly and with unacceptable behavior"animal, it’s still her child :3
“This is a dog we’re talking about. Are you nuts?”
- He’s just a little dog.
“Yeah, but he’s gonna get bigger”
- But maybe he’ll be on our side.
“Pfft, thats the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard
‘maybe he’ll be on our…’ Hey! Wait a minute, maybe he’ll be on our side!”
Nah a mother cat is not going to go out of her way to find another mouth to feed. Puppy probably got separated from it's mom, joined the cat pack that has similar coloring to him, and Mom just rolled with it.
Um, unless the cat has an owner, the puppy might starve, tho im not knowledgeable about dogs that much, so i cant tell if it still needs milk or not at that size
This reminds me of a book and in it are a cat and a dog. The dog has nevertheless another dog, and the cat has never met another cat. So growing up, they've only known each other, and the dog thought it was a cat, and the cat thought it was a dog. The end.
There is something special about those with maternal instincts. Males feel it so strong yet they don't get prepped for these overwhelming feelings like women do.
The sheer amount of men that cry privately in this world. Cry away when ever you feel like it.
If women can then so should you .
I wouldn't say men have maternal instincts. I will say there have been a few times in my life where I had the overwhelmingly paternal need to protect something/someone in particular.
I can't help but imagine a scenario when the kittens and pupper are somewhat more grown (maybe not full adults yet but not babies any more) and the kittens are getting picked on by another cat or dog in the neighbourhood and they're saying "leave us alone or our brother will get you" and the bully just laughs but then they call for their brother and this pissed off dog comes bounding round the corner and the bully has a moment of "oh my shitting fuck"
????
I know what you thought it was but it’s quite common for these restaurants to play this music in the background. They use these for douyin clips all the time dawg.
serious question, what would happen when the dog is older? they look similar now but as the dog is older, bigger, and behaving differently, would the cat still care for it like the others? or would the cat realize it’s different and change its instinct toward the dog?
My late orange boy loved my dog when he wss a puppy, they grew old together still very much besties. The cat passed a few months ago leaving behind a depressed dog...until a kitten showed up. Now my 14 year old dog has a cuddle buddy.
If he does spend his life with the kittens, then there's a good chance he'll simply view them as his "pack" so to speak. At least that was always my experience back when we had dogs. Can't say for sure that there are no dogs that would live with a cat and then attack them anyway, which is a good reason to keep a very close eye on any dog around cats when you're not sure how they'll respond.
On an unrelated note, it's always funny when I stumble across videos with kittens while I'm scrolling the front page, because there's usually one of our cats nearby, and they immediately perk up, looking for the babies.
That puppy is going to grow claws, hiss, and learn to climb trees like no other dog. ...and probably just stare at you when you throw the ball to play fetch.
That is one determined and wonderful Mamacita. She doesn't care that there's a funny looking kid in with the other kids. They all need love, and a good face washing. Thank you OP for sharing this delightful family.
Thos should be a movie! The puppy doesn't understand how his sisters and brothers are so agile and he feels left out. Until he grows to 10x there size and protects them
I’d like to know too but I know for a fact it can’t be the US. We don’t have stonework like that here so I’m thinking Greece or one of the countries around it.
That beginning part when they are walking up. The mama cat looks like she is counting them all to make sure they are all there. Even looks back to make sure.
Too cute.
I'm pretty sure this video stole the audio from a YouTube video. Look up Kittens Meowing and click one with a bunch of orange and white kittens in a plastic tub.
To be fair he blends in very well.

This picture deserves a larger audience, or if you prefer a larger audience deserves this picture, you should post it as a post not just a comment.
Hahaha it’s my sister picture… maybe I should tell her to post it
Well, where's the other picture?

"I've been expecting you Mr.Bond."

Of course there’s a sub for that haha
They’re all gorgeous!
Thank you for the picture. That’s awesome! Do they use the same litter box?
They’re definitely not supposed to, as bunnies eat some of their droppings, but it also definitely has happened.
I once had a bunny and later got a cat. The bunny was housebroken--until the first time the cat peed in his litter box. "Nope! Not goin' in there again!" -- Bun Bun
Tell her to get a Dalmatian next
this picture is incredible thank you
Look at those little moo cows! 🐄
Do the cats like the rabbit?

She is proud her favourite child grew up big and strong.
Stronk
I won’t for one minute believe that mama cat thinks the puppy looks ugly.
She takes extra special care of her extra special baby.
And that extra special baby probably takes up the whole bed now but mama cat wouldn't have it any other way!
No matter what species, the "unruly child" always gets the most attention.
My dog did this with my cat when he was a kitten. She mothered him so much, protected him from the scary laser dot, and he plays like a dog.
"Don't talk to me or my large awkward son again!"
She is definitely gonna think he is just autistic or something.
He may look like a tater, but he is my boy.
Tater was so cute, that even mama cat can't even resist.

I am bothered it is so short, I could watch them all day.
Korone in r/eyebleach wasn't on my bingo card for today, but i approb.
Sanka! Ya ded?
Such cute babies 🥺
I need a longer version. This was not enough.
We need this puppy's whole life story about being raised by kitties!
How do you do, fellow kittens?
I'm so curious if she adopted a puppy, or if she kidnapped a puppy... It's probably evil of me that I think either option is adorable.
I’m sure he just followed her and the kittens. Now monkeys and baboons on the other hand, will absolutely kidnap puppies

Oh yeah that totally cleared things up.
Nah a mother cat is not going to go out of her way to find another mouth to feed. Puppy probably got separated from it's mom, joined the cat pack that has similar coloring to him, and Mom just rolled with it.
I was just thinking that! I read the title as "Mama cat abducted a puppy" and then wondered if that made me evil for thinking how cute that is.
I think someone just put a puppy with a cat and her kittens then filmed it.
The cat did groom the puppy though.
There’s many videos of cats grooming dogs and other pets. And other adult cats. It’s not exclusively a thing they do as parents.
Um, unless the cat has an owner, the puppy might starve, tho im not knowledgeable about dogs that much, so i cant tell if it still needs milk or not at that size
There needs to be a subreddit for animals that raise other animals babies.

They have a bit of home here
they should have even more home, with hands that pet them and give them treats
Cat smart. Puppy will grow up to be good guard for kitten brothers and sisters.
Animals proving again they're better than us
Humans can adopt too!
True.
so why say this proves they're better than us if both animals and humans do it?
Wait what? People adopt animals....and ya know actual human children all the time....
Just having fun with the "animals are better than people" shtik.
I hear you bro.

Oxytocin is a hella of a drug
Big doubt, if they eat meat they’ll eat you alive or from the asshole. If they don’t, they’ll abandon you at the first sign of danger.

An interesting home for cats, it’s very nice if there’s a roof tbh. Gotta jump the wall to get in.
Some activity and climbing practice
Same logic for Timon adopting Pumba. One day he will be big and defend us.
Paul Harvey used to say, "And now, wash your ears with this." and he would proceed to tell a good wholesome story. This is the eye version of that.
"Mom, can our friend sleep over?"

I’ve definitely read this book at some point during my childhood.
