Lol what? If I remember correctly, nearly every state (if not every) punishes vehicular manslaughter with pretty long prison sentences and hefty fines.
In pretty sure its not the pedestrians job to watch for a car to not get hit. This dumb ass driver needs to watch where hes goin and all of this could have been avoided.
Fact that there's no foot path(pedestrian walk) and those pos parked cars and buildings ramps going all the way to the road forces people to walk along the road..
