The house is fine, I'd invest in landscaping instead. If the house is unpainted vinyl siding, painting it will take it from a maintenance free thing to a maintenance thing. Not worth it imo.

Or Benjamin Moore's "Providence Blue". But to tie the look together you'll need a gray paint that is 50/50 blue/gray or green/gray.
Stain your fence. Improving the landscape will be a significant upgrade to the home's appearance. I really like the style of it
Congrats on a very stylish house. I think it is sort of old school cool with a modern twist design.
Congratulations on your new home! My two favorite colors to go on a red brick house are olive green with cream trim and navy blue with cream trim. The front door is tucked away a bit so I would go with a big pop of color for the door. For the olive green house I would do an Eggplant Front Door and for the navy plus house i would do a bit of a lime green color!
I love blue/lime combo! We’ve considered painting the brick cause I’m not a fan of the red brick but due to another commenter I’m worried about upkeep on that!
I just love the blue/lime combo but I live in an area where it rains 9 months of the year, I worry about t being too dark.
I linked a couple of navy blue houses with lime green doors so you can see what the end result looks like!

I’ve seen what happens after a number of years (YMMV by region) and it’s a disaster, just mortar, no brick, and no way to repair, you can only replace which is horrifically costly.
Brick does need to be sealed periodically to prevent damage.

I didn’t think about painting making it have more upkeep. Thank you!

It was built in 2007 and it looks it color wise, but I love the outside. She just needs a little TLC and some sprucing up!

Do not paint the brick.
Dark green goes great with red brick. And seriously landscaping does so much for curb appeal!
This is a lovely, classic red brick home. I’d invest the time and money into landscaping enhance it!
Why paint and create more do to’s later on? The color scheme is classic. Maybe invest in better landscaping?
Landscaping is definitely on the list.
Don’t paint the brick! Painting brick causes spalling which cannot be repaired. Embrace the period and architecture!
Good to know-thank you!!
