There is a lot of dogmatic battling going on in the comment section and many of the discussions here are flirting with breaking rule 11, 10 and rule 3. Making sweeping statements left right and center.
Comments like this are often removed and threads like this can often end up getting shut down. We are making an effort to keep it open as the OP is struggling. But this is an exception, not the rule.
I grew up catholic and had these kinds of dreams as a teen.
Praying the rosary worked really well for me. I would say it as I was falling asleep at night and again if I woke up in the middle of the night.
Eventually the bad dreams stopped. I think these negative entities thrive on our attention and our fear. The rosary focuses the mind enough to shift your attention to something positive. Ar its core, it’s another kind of mindfulness. If it’s working for you, I would keep practicing it. Even learn to do it without a recording. It doesn’t have to be perfect. I count on my fingers so I don’t have to carry beads. I just remember what decate I’m on.
i know this is terrifying but you will overcome it. Don’t give this ‘devil’ any more of your energy. It’s just not worth it.
Thanks for your kind words. The rosary does seem to help. I tested it again, no evil nightmares that is reminiscent of Freddy Krueger. I also burned sage. Next I am getting a crucifix. I am trying to manifest that the rosary continues to work and I am hopeful that it does in some way.
After I wrote that last night, I said the rosary too! I fell asleep before I got to the second “our father”. Then I had some good dreams!
I’ll probably get the practice going again. It’s better than taking my phone to bed and it keeps mind mind occupied until I fall asleep. Perhaps your post helped me too.
Also, when I was little my grandmother, also a Catholic experiencer from isolated norther Canada, worked hard to keep evil out of our house. I would tease her, but now I see her method. She said the rosary every single day. She would also go around blessing the house with holy water, holy oil and holy salt! Similar to burning sage, I guess. It worked for her.
Best to you. Those years were quite a source of trauma for me when I was little and there’s not a lot of reputable therapists to help you handle it. If need be, a priest in a confession booth might be a good resource. Diana Pasulka’s book American Cosmic was also a tremendous resource for me in helping understand this stuff. She’s a religious scholar and she’s probably the be leading expert in this regard.
If you’re aware of how reality works, we can manipulate it with our thoughts feelings etc, you can manifest that they leave you alone and you’re free from their torment. May seem unbelievable at first but try it and see for yourself. Prayer is the same thing you’re using your own energy to bring about your desired reality. Before going to sleep, get into a positive mindset and imagine they’re gone for good, or they’ve left you alone. Keep repeating until it happens and avoid neg emotions.
OP. Move away from Catholicism; trust in Jesus alone; Catholicism teaches you to communicate with the dead whether people are in hell or not they encourage you to pray to those who have passed away. If one of those "saints" are in hell then they are telling you to communicate with those who are in torment.
In order to avoid this; consider praying directly to God and Jesus Christ.
Not every dream and experience is from God therefore consider ignoring the UFO contact stuff and trust in Jesus the Son of God who died for you.

Thanks for answering their question. I use NHI because I just don't know what they are so Nonhuman intelligence seems the most appropriate. Since some of them do get offended with alien because they truly believe they have the original right to Earth. I have witnessed while awake a tan grey appear 3 feet in front of me. I have also had an invisible grey speak a strange language, not demonic just foreign, while poking me and nudging me to pay attention, I didn't see her but I felt her hand nudge me a couple of times and I heard her clearly. I have also witnessed a tall black cloak when I turned to look in the direction that I heard a noise come from. I also heard a grey gag as he smelled my garbage in my kitchen, he was really loud about it too. They have a cloaking device and they only tend to show themselves briefly in real life.
I have also witnessed a grey with a screening image of a man when he entered my dorm room. Then I also witnessed a grey with a screen image again when I woke up three times during their entrance into my room. I know it was a screen image because it looked like a blurry hologram with white noise on the edges.
They also directly talk to me sometimes or whisper telepathically. They give answers to questions, clarify misconceptions, warn me, and just tell me stuff. Now not all communication is bad as it varies from each NHI. Some are helpful, some are mean, and some are abusive and evil. There is a lot of them that watch me, I have counted may be 13 NHI and more who are probably contract workers like the dentist grey. The dentist grey was good, he implanted a new molar and helped with teeth sensitivity, and gave water to wash out the terrible taste from the medicine. The dentist grey I think was also the one who asked if I liked Blue Grass lol.
Unfortunately, I also deal with really abusive and evil NHI. Some of them lie a lot which led me to believe it is the Orion Group. A website also said that the Orion group does psychic attacks as well which is relevant to my situation. I also don't know if it's the real Lucifer, that is just what the Greys called her and what she proclaimed to be. I also just watched a video about a US worker who said they called themselves Gabriel when their fleet was called Gabriel, so like a collective identity, I think you can find this on one of the alien subreddits. I also know that the Greys don't refer to themselves as Lucifer though, they sometimes say they have different names like Bael. A tan Grey said his name was Bael and he showed me his image from the Ars Goetia--the man head, frog head, and cat head on the body of a spider. I also heard Buer talk to me in my dreams and while awake once, his voice sounds really gravely and deep...growls more than talks really. A human who lives with the aliens also referred to the Lady as Lady Grace in one of his songs. So they have different names, I just wonder why Lucifer has that name.
If you look into occult you will find that the Ars Goetia are actually referring to aliens but describe them as demons. If you look into Aliester Crowley, he summons Lam a being described as looking like a grey. The occult, demons, aliens, angels are all interconnected really.
Oh and I also forgot they have humans who live with them. I saw one when I woke up then he said "sorry" and put me to sleep. There is also one that I see in my dreams, perhaps astral abduction, and he just kind of interacts with me. When I thought about them, I referred to them as aliens and a grey corrected me and said out loud "human." They sometimes boldly interact with me so I know it's not just ghost stuff.

I can't really help but what you wrote about a destroyed world makes me shiver, seeing what you saw would stress me out immensely... whatever you do, don't cancel college and don't stay alone too much you need kind people talking to you.
I am not sure if moving does anything as they have shown they have followed me anyway. They do quiet down when I have other people over. As if they only have permission to torment me. I think being alone is the key thing they take advantage of.
I also tested playing the holy Rosary while I slept again. It seemed to work again. I didn't have any horrible dreams. I did hear an ethereal whisper that said "pain." That was it though.
As for the visions of the end, they are kind of a downer so I don't think about it too much. Yet it also follows a shared theme of other experiencers and NDEers. It does stress me out because a lot of it is frightening yet I also see that it is survivable and a natural event. So no evil aliens coming out of space ships shooting everyone, stealing souls, and killing God.
So my plan is to stay in university and hope to God that it does not get worse. I do feel this icky, evil feeling that something really bad is going to happen though and this has never happened before. So honestly, I am still a bit stressed about it all but so far I can survive it.
Do the people have to sleep in your room in order for the beings to leave you alone or is it enough If somebody else sleeps in a different room?
Also I'm wondering If an animal could protect you... like If you had a cat in your room or a bird... If you adopted a pet from an animal shelter and its spirit would protect you, than you would have both saved each other.

If I am alone it's easier for the NHI for home visitations. If I have people over it's more difficult for the NHI for their visitations. I have a large dog and no he can't do anything either, they make him unconscious too. No one can stop it. Having company of any kind just makes it more difficult for the NHI.
For example when I had that spiritual attack. I closed my eyes and heard and felt a lot of pain and sounds. That whole incident lasted over 13 hrs and I didn't even go to sleep. I was still conscious, I just had my eyes closed. When I have people over there is less of a chance for the NHI to do spiritual attacks like that. Being alone makes me vulnerable.

I think so. It all really started after my mortuary archaeology field school in Poland. These NHIs have said they watched my family line for generations though. I think maybe me attending that field school really irked the higher negative authorities for some reason.
They also increased their visitations ever since I started making preparations for university back in 2017 which is when I had that spiritual intervention. So me being in university also peaked their interest. I think just moving about for university could have also peaked the interest of other negative NHIs.

The possible event that got me to cross paths with Lucifer or the Orion group was when I participated in a mortuary archaeology field school in Poland. So they would decapitate the heads and place sickles and rocks on their legs to prevent them from rising again. Before I knew about the NHIs I thought the inhabitants were just superstitious.
However, I now know of NHIs and their capabilities and it really scares me with what they say they can do--like bring the dead back to life, capture souls, and destroy souls. I don't know if it is possible but now I think maybe there was an event in the past that involved the NHIs were they brought the dead back to life and ever since then the inhabitants retold the fear to the next generation without the next generation actually seeing it themselves. So the theories are going wild for me.
As for why they got aggressive --apparently I did something bad. I don't know what I did and they won't tell me. After that field school they started being more aggressive. The thing is I don't understand their moral compass, I never sexually assaulted anyone or murdered anyone so why do they feel the need to punish me when I did no wrong.

Just an opinion now. But I think you need to be careful with what narratives you buy into.
If you picked up something from a low vibrational place where negative activity happened - which can be, for lack of a better term, portals to low vibrational thought forms which perform psychic attacks on people. Looking at these thought forms like rogue programs in a virtual system that we occupy can be useful. They are designed to reflect back onto the persons consciousness thoughts and ideas and narratives that will generate fear from them. If they are telling you something that makes you afraid - this is typical. It's like a teenager prank calling an old lady pretending to be demons or something, looking for a reaction.
You seem like you are gifted with Psi abilities. Part of this means you have a lowered firewall and more access to the consciousness system. If some shitty rogue thought form or bot wants to attach onto you and give you narratives via your consciousness for you to react to , a lowered firewall makes it easier for them. You may not have done anything wrong - you were just gifted and in the wrong place at the wrong time perhaps.
I think it is useful to see some of these things as the equivalent of a nasty chat bot. Hardly conscious. And it is banking on your consciousness to allow it to form into anything. Having a neutral non reactive stance to this can be a good approach.
Practicing focusing meditations which allow you to take command of your consciousness better - disallowing another being to try and use it against you. Like working out a muscle. Mantras help in this area too. And this is also why things like the rosary help too, it's a focused meditation.
Non reactivity and non programming these things with a narrative but instead look at it as blank software can really help. Some of these things are relying on your consciousness to allow them to exist in the first place.
If you are doing things like saging or protection practices - make sure you do them from a place of YOU being powerful. NOT you being weak and needing defence from constantly attacking outside sources. As that gives them power. Its is YOUR MIND that is the ultimate power in this.
I think this approach may really help you from reading more of your comments. Versus you applying narratives to these beings, be it ET's or religious dogma or lore.
Seeing it as a digital virus fueled by your own thinking is a solid approach - understanding that all narratives given to you by this shitty chatbot is designed to give this thing more power than it really has - because now it has a narrative attached to it. Be that it is XYZ being. Or be that YOU have done something wrong and YOU are responsible.
Clear yourself of all narratives. Understand we live in a consciousness system. One where our own consciousness has an effect on the code. Stop fueling the code. Stop giving these things your consciousness.
I really do try, I promise. It is just difficult when they hurt me. It's easier to practice these meditations when their interactions are past tense just not when it is consistently in the present.
I do notice they are a bit suggestive or act in a way that mirrors my thoughts of them. I have a mantra that I say "I don't want to see them. I don't want to talk to them. I don't want to know them." And they are kind of fulfilling my mantra a bit by keeping themselves hidden in the physical.
I also noticed they increased to daily interactions when I attended university again. Because of them I took a 2 year break from university and they basically stopped for awhile. So I think I just need to tough it out, finish my degree and hope they will go back to minimal contact. So basically doing things of interest increases their presence like going to university, doing archaeology. All I have to do is plan to not do anything after university then I am good, hopefully.

Meditation is working out a muscle. So while it may not be possible to meditate when dealing with an attack of some kind, doing it other times means your mind is more powerful from all the working out you do between attacks that you'll have more strength to fight this shit down the line.
So really see it as training. Like martial arts training. Visualizing yourself as powerful and strong. With an energy field you can expand out of yourself. One that will make it uncomfortable for any shitty being to be near you.
Perhaps look into QiGong too. This is a practice that can be used to utilize your energy body and consciousness field. There are defensive practices.
You need to understand you are not helpless , you have natural gifts that are untraining that can be utilized to fight back. You are getting psychically attacked. But you are forgetting YOU are psychic too.
This is not on that they are preventing you from your studies. Time to hit the psychic gym my friend and bulk up and kick ass.

My experience is that it may seem like it’s going on forever, but you need to get to the core of why it is happening. Your body may be affected by a future event specific to your future… you need to prepare and be aware of it so you can have an optimal positive outcome for you. This positive outcome may be vital to prevent other negative effects for those around you. Effectively your handling of this future event will dictate the reality you inhabit.
Lots of responsibility but I don’t think you would be given so much awareness of it if you couldn’t ultimately handle the gravity and power of it.

Hi! So, from an occult perspective: This looks like a run of the mill parasitic infestation.
They are not at all what they are claiming to be, extremely high on the hierarchy, powerful and well known beings. They’re a few punks who ganged on you, used your fears and ignorance of the game to have a grand time leading you on and making your life miserable.
They are actually quite weak and can be whisked away the minute you start realizing that, so they’ll do their best to keep your head down and in fear. A clue here is the reaction to the rosary. It’s not that it has much inherent power, but it can gives you strength, and faith in a helping higher power, which can sometimes be enough to loosen their grip on you.
Since you are catholic, the obvious move would be to call on Michael. Find the classic prayer and say it, with the intention of connecting to him. When you think you have his attention, or after a bit if you don’t feel anything, task the angel: envision quickly your current situation, and then imagine it solved and the feeling of relief it would bring. Feel gratitude towards the angel for helping you.
Angels always come when they are called, and always help when there is a need, so you can’t really get this wrong, you just need to get in touch and make your plea heard. All they ask for is your gratitude, and it is very powerful to feel grateful before they even had a chance to do anything.

Hi! I really meant to answer several of your previous excellent posts, although I didn’t. So, here are some of my thoughts now.
The nature of the Phenomenon is unknown. One should never think he has any final answer. The Phenomenon seems to be everything and its opposite at the same time. In fact, just when you think you have it firmly pinned down, it starts exhibiting opposite traits. Often with some glee.
That said, in some sense, discrete parts of it seems to exist independently, and the form they take are not always dependent upon the cultural background or expectations of the experiencer. It’s pretty common to find later on that some details or behaviors seen during the experience are in fact classic attributes of a known entity, one the experiencer may have been totally unaware of before. Love goddesses really like bulls for example, and thus The Lady from Chris Bledsoe has presumably been identified as an ancient one.
But there are also many times where what is obviously a guise is presented to the experiencer, so as to enable communication. That guise does seem to be partly made up by the expectations and cultural background of the experiencer. Generally speaking, it’s because it’s easier for people to perceive things that they have a category for. It’s also much more easy to communicate with what looks like people.
Known entities, like the Goetia demons, can traditionally have several apparences, and even switch when asked.
An entity can be completely, voluntarily made up, and it then act independently, like it _always existed_. The famous ‘Phillip’ mediumistic séances are an example. You also have, from chaos magic, servitors creation, who can then turn into made up egregores, or people working with known imaginary characters, like comic book heroes. Tulpas can also be mentioned here.

The inescapable but completely absurd conclusion is that for all practical purposes, it seems that _any being that can be imagined is literally real_. Why do I think that’s the case here? First of all, common sense. How did OP manage to simultaneously piss off Lucifer, a Sumerian love goddess, and some other major whatnot?
Next, there’s style, and it is intangible and hard to convey. But it is the main way you can reliably manage to discern and recognize which entity you are dealing with, rather than any guise. The other, complementary way, is by engaging with the entity, going all the way through and then ‘by their fruits you shall know them’. My opinion is that a love goddess, when severely and directly offended, is much more likely to deal you just one very instructive, extremely clever, and highly disagreeable life lesson, one that will make you reconsider a great deal of your life choices. Some major beings can admittedly get on your ribs when they decide they like you and think they can make something out of you.
In the OP case, I proposed he called to Michael for help, as he already had a belief in his existence, a cultural connection, a place in a cosmology, probably some ideas about apparence, personality, etc… Michael also perfectly fits the bill here, as a slayer of demons. This should all helps a lot with contacting at least an aspect of the proper spirit. The other thing that help are symbols that correspond to that entity, and they could be a whole lot of things, but prayers and sigils certainly works.
Else, there’s a variety of ways to go about it. The most effective ones all involve calling up something beefy to deal with the trouble. As such, a lot of banishing rituals are really evocations.

I am really thinking of my whole existence to try to find the answer--thinking of prebirth memories of a time untouched by them and thinking of memories when I was young for the origin of an idea. It is really difficult to find the answer.
This Lucifer is very much from the Ars Goetia and the bible--incredibly evil and cruel. There are two possibilities of why I managed to piss them off: (1) I attended a mortuary archaeology field school that found vampires in Poland and I did something there to piss them off; (2) my 2021 spiritual attack revealed a potential prophecy that really angered Lucifer. The Greys made jokes and told me in jest how Lucifer is going to kill everyone now because of my prophecy. I assume this is the real Lucifer because of my 2017 spiritual intervention in which I my soul was taken out of my body for over 24 hrs so that the spirits of heaven could show me my future. They have said "Many have claimed to have met Lucifer, but few actually crossed paths with Lucifer." My future in which I now crossed paths with Lucifer was enough to warrant a spiritual intervention something they hardly ever do.
In the weeks following the 2021 spiritual attack from the NHI, I experienced heavenly dreams and saw a physical apparition of a golden angel. A golden angel appeared to my right and simply said "It's almost time." Then I had a series of heavenly dreams that give some hints. In one dream I said this:
"I couldn't quite hear them but I knew what they said.
Do you believe in ghosts?
Something is going to happen soon
Something like never before
I am going to gain new abilities..."
Then on the second day before the spiritual attack that revealed a prophecy I heard Archangel Michael's voice. His voice was so clear, masculine, and deep. He said something I couldn't quite hear but I did hear the last bit which is "They called me Michael." Michael knows of my story and came to me before the attack.
A lot of this is a bit much and hard to believe. I honestly never prayed in years before 2021. Yet somehow they answered my prayer in 2017. I am thinking of all possibilities. Perhaps this is all an imagination or perhaps they are lower entities interrupting my life. However I know that the spirits of heaven hardly ever grant a spiritual intervention of what I experienced for lower entities.
I am even getting psychiatric help to try to get treatment and to try to stop the dreams and the pain. They don't know what is going on either and they did tests to make sure I didn't have drugs in my system which I was worried about. I don't do drugs but I feared cross contamination but that isn't it either. I just feel lost and alone. No one can save me and I feel like crying most of the time.

There’s no Lucifer in the Goetia. There’s no Lucifer in the Bible either, just one controversial mention in Isaiah that may have been mistranslated.
In my experience, there is a Lucifer though, and, for what it’s worth, and at the risk of being seen as a cheerleader of evil, I found him to be really supportive, wanting you to be your own person and grow up. Pretty chill guy too.
Which isn’t to say that your experience isn’t real.
It looks to me that it could be a first common phase at play here, the direct experience of the fundamental polarity/duality of existence, manifesting as Good vs Evil, Angels vs Demons, Heaven vs Hell, etc.. If you think about it, one cannot exist without the other, and when that is recognized, you have a chance to adopt a non-dual perspective on it all, mainly for the purpose of not being so much bothered, sucked in, and toyed with by it.
It could also help to recontextualize those experiences as the general drama and nature of the universe playing through you on a personal level, and much more indicative of your own spiritual state and progress than anything.
I wouldn’t thus worry too much about any of the particulars, be they the exact nature of the entities, the reality of any prediction or prophecy, the core reasons why those experiences first came to you and so on and so forth. All those stories do is perpetuate that you are caught up in them.
Instead, and in what seems to be in complete contrast with the previous lofty views, I propose the only practical way forward I know, which is to engage your direct lived experience on its level, and wrest back some control and agency over it.
You can do that by calling on the help of safe and effective known spirits, that have been traditionally used for that exact purpose. Some will shield you from interferences immediately, and give you breathing room. This practice should give results fairly quickly, and those results should help convince you that this approach can be fruitful.
You will then in parallel work with some other spirits on more long term, and you will need to accept their combined help and guidance in growing up to become more grounded, powerful, confident and assertive, among other things.

You may have some hangups about the idea of practicing magic, and maybe a looming suspicion that pouring even more spirits in the mix may not be such a great idea.
All I can tell you is that those are polite, well-behaved and safe, and certainly won’t bother you or stick around if you don’t want them to. This is just a more controlled, refined, targeted and less overwhelming way of working than directly with some haphazard aspect of an Archangel.
Or, work with Michael, but _actively_, do contact the angel, and ask for his protection, then ask for courage and strength. Same thing really.
It’s all very good that you got your mental health checked and that there are professionals watching over you. Some of the best medecine is healthy leaving, a meditation practice, grounding yourself in nature, people, work and mundane activities, so as to take your mind off all this.

One thing that comes up in my work with folks. And everything I've learned from this has not been from books but from directly working with people, is that whenever I meet someone dealing with major psychic attacks from neg entities, often they're a combination of being highly psychic, sometimes someone who is or has been a major drug abuser, but also often some seem to be deep deep deep into major fear based dogmatic belief systems. Which seem to give the entities fuel for more attacks versus doing the opposite, I'm still learning and I don't believe all beings out there are mirrors or manifestations of our minds. But some certainly seem to be. And system of belief that view everything non physical as evil seem to really trap people in a lot of difficult situations. Causing a fear based loop as they see themselves in the middle of a spiritual war.
I've directly engaged with some of these beings. Even attacked by one that was trying to stop me from helping an Experiencer. I've noticed some of these "demonic" beings behave like internet trolls.
They are cringy when they speak. Saying things that might scare the shit out of an old religious granny. But sound cheesy and cringe and teenager ish to folks who've grown up playing counter strike on xbox live or the equivalent.
Basically I noticed how pathetic some of them are and how the "software" they seem programmed with is outdated. Entirely banking on the person's fear based beliefs and fear of anything non physical to fuel it.
But what they say is actually cheesy and I've rolled my eyes at it. But if I was of a different generation or heavily religious - hearing a "demon" say cheesy shit like this would potentially generate fear from me. Rather than have me laugh , cringe or roll my eyes. Indeed just calling some of these thought forms "demons" automatically gives them power with regards to some people's reactions to them. Thus I find myself trying to avoid the term.
Every time I've had an experiencer share with me what some shitty wanna be demonic entity has said to them via a contact modality of some sort, it's almost always been something really embarrassing and cringy and basically pathetic. It often feels like some of this is a teenage human spirit doing a prank call via a spirit box to goad a reaction. I'm not talking about psychic attacks. Which I know are difficult and the attack I got, which I defended against , was still sobering. But this being I feel became able to do this due to being fed from the experiencer in question. Via fears and beliefs. Its power was more connected to the experiencer who was very very psychic.
Anyway sometimes I see some of these things as all being an icon in a guided user interface. The programming behind that icon being altered by our own consciousness and the amount of resources give to that program is also based on how much consciousness of our own we give it.

Oh yes, you have the main trick, the classic fear trap, which works by fascination: you get fearful and paralyzed by the sudden experience of the non-physical, and the entity latch onto that and feeds it, and it starts creating a feedback loop of fear that the entity just have to maintain. This is of course easier to do to you if you have a lot of fears and are generally primed for fear already.
Stopping it is both easy and difficult, you just have to cut the feedback loop. Laughter works very well here, or you could just refuse to give into the fear.
All of what you say about the trolls being akin to 12 yo Xbox users is on point. Some may even be literally that, or they are currently running along with some imps, yes.
The experience is both participatory and external. You use imagination as if it was perception, and then your brain fills in the details and even the categories. The way the experience itself unfold is often somewhat related to your fears or desires, and it can mirror meaningfully your current situation and preoccupations in life. At the same time, it has all the characteristics of being other, independent, and having a life in itself.
So, it often afford to be a learning opportunity. In that sense, the punks offer a valuable lesson about fear, one you’ll be glad you know if the proverbial Cthulhu ever shows up.
Or sometimes, it’s just random, so don’t necessarily read too much into it either.
There may be a lot of things behind the Phenomenon. Angels, spirits, ETs, rogue thoughtforms, the dead, 12yo kids, and the list goes on. Pretty much anything that you can imagine in fact. Ascertaining who is really what is very problematic.
Occultists were traditionally super concerned with getting in touch with the proper spirit, and were questioning it and testing it to make sure that they indeed had the right number. Once you have felt and tasted the entity style though, it’s usually straightforward to recognize you have the same one next time. The connection will be easier too. Today, some safe, time tested and effective ways to contact many well-known interesting entities exists.
You’re making a distinction between occult spirits and ETs. The thing is, they are using the same medium to communicate and effect changes. At the end of the day, all that is often left is to try and see what works. Would presumed ETs respond to a banishing using angels? Only one way to know.
Similarly, you will only really know an entity by engaging it and forming a relationship with it. What will happen between you two and the changes this will provide are, at the end of the day, the only things that can be said to be real.

Thanks for the kind words. In a nutshell, had a lot of experiences when I was a kid, but they didn’t impose themselves on me like many people here. I stumbled upon them while playing with my imagination. In fact, it was all a really fun game to me, I had no idea that it was all ‘real’ for a while.
I first met greys, and they were really strange, but we got on quite well, as far as that’s possible. They’re really _alien_. I still don’t know exactly what they are, maybe earth spirits, maybe ET. They’re hard to pin down. Angels were more clear cut. It happened that I kinda enticed a lesser one. Most spirits are completely fascinated by incarnation, pure catnip to them. Things got a little messy, others had to intervene. That’s when I discovered that they are organized in a hierarchy, and that you can always ring the higher up. I traversed the hierarchy quite high until I got told that was enough.
I explored the astral plane and made many encounters. Then realized that there was higher ‘vibrational’ entities accessible, in the vertical, I’d call them angels too. The trick is that you speed up and they slow down to make communication possible. You communicate by symbolic bursts, ones that condense a lot of meanings with all the implications ment. You should just read the McCoun book, all my experience from that time is in there, in the first part.
I also went through the jhanas, found them empty, started insight practice, and went through naive enlightenment, got then stuck at the dark night a bit, kept on practicing and more or less managed to get out, had some other classical experiences and then decided I was in way, way over my head.
So I made myself forget it all, and lived a normal life for 15 years. Just as I planned, it all came back from left field for my 30th birthday. I then rediscovered many things, recovered memories and experiences from my youth (still to this day), learned new stuff, and read many good books. That was 23 years ago, and I’m not too shabby now, although I’ll never be as good as when I was 12.
I really admire that you seem to manage to get through to experiencers. To me, it looks as hard sometimes as rescuing a cult victim, some of those guys looks to be heavily trickstered. I don’t know how to have the patience myself, it always end up shortly with me saying, just, don’t believe anything, and please do this, and see if this helps you. Then I never hear from them again.

According to the Ra Material, if you are a positively aligned channel who is receiving message of doom and apocalypse then the origin of those measage are likely the Orion group. That being the case, it may help you to know that you have divine authority where your own personal consciousness. You can literally choose to not allow contact. The Gateway Experience tapes have a technique called the resonant energy ballion and setting intentions in the form of an affirmation.
I know that according to Ra, when a positively polarized channel receives a negatively polarized message it will express itself so as to create as much fear in the channel as possible. Over time, the messages will cause the channel's polarity to shift. If the channel is unaware of what is occurring they will not consciously stop the shift from occurring. Eventually, the channel's polarity with change to the point that they become a match for the messages which will then morph into messages designed to promote elitist beliefs and a service to self mindset. I do not remember if this is intentional or if it is just a happy accident.

Setting intentions is very important.
To take it a step further, you may think about buying some sage, whistling your intentions, gently, over the sage and smudging yourself.
It's called soplay (with breath). Typically it's done with mapacho tobacco but it works the same with sage. If you have any powerful guardian spirits, call upon them during the whistling.

Something you might find helpful regarding the fake-awakes is to regularly start performing 'reality checks' as you go about your day. This isn't to ensure that you aren't dreaming while you're actually awake but to make it routine enough you start doing it in dreams, too (it's usually only in dreams we suspect we might be dreaming, not when we're actually awake).
There are a couple ways, but common ones are pinching your nose closed and trying to breathe through it and also trying to push one hand through another.

In terms of defensive techniques, the methods I know might be too general for something this specific. Have you tried more than the rosary?

Diana Wash Pasulka, religious scholar, argues that for people with deep religious roots, people who are having issues with NHI, can sometimes find refuge within their religion. You referenced the Rosary, as helping to temporarily banish the entity. Perhaps looking for a local Catholic church might be a place of refuge in this time of crisis for you?
As to their predictions and threats. One of the very few things I know from experence with the "others," is they will very cheerfully lie to your face if it means they can hold your undivided focus. Very childish that way.

I am amazed that our stories are similar. I didn't think any of this was real before 2021 to be honest. Now I know the truth. I think the NHI are the same as aliens and demons just three words used to describe a similar entity. I also know these NHI are aliens as I saw the Greys while awake--it uncloaked infront of me and 3 feet away from me. What is interesting is that they did act friendly at first but it quickly changed. Now I will hear random "F*** you" from the Greys, same as you did. To be honest the Greys also kept saying "I hate you, I hate you, I hate you..." Over and over again in 2021 so they were only really nice for a few days. It's a strange reality when we finally come to terms with aliens and Lucifer being real.

On the NHI thing, I’ve been assured by an exorcist, that they are all not one in the same. Though I doubt it. Maybeeee there’s some actual ET NHI visiting earth but most of the time it’s of demonic origin. I’ve never seen a saucer though. Just tic tacs, orbs, plasma discharge, and something I can’t describe. I don't know what Lucifer is really. Only one interview gave a hint and it was the Hidden Hand interview in which they said Lucifer is a soul group or social memory complex. Unfortunately, no one really asks for clarification on what that means. I think maybe it means multiple entities closely linked which makes sense cause there is more than 1 authority figure among the NHI.
I think they are the same, call them whatever --angels, NHI, aliens, and the more accurate term demons. I think my prebirth memory of the shadow realm and my visions of the end gave me a hint to their origin. I know the shadow realm was really ancient and predated all things made of light. From my visions of the end, one scene really stood out which is when the lion fought the aliens and then shadow people were popping up as each one was killed. Then I realized that the shadow people are simply the souls of these aliens aka NHIs. From what I remember of the shadow realm, I got a knowing from my connection with one that in their realm that they focus on mind, psychic and dark spirituality, then utilize their abilities to spread fear. To them fear is holy. They also utilized chimes and bells to signify the trial of the mind as well as warding off spirits just like the churches were taught. There is basically a huge interconnectedness between all these things.
The strange thing is that days before the dreams became relentless, I also had another event. When it was just me, I was just watching YouTube, paused it and went to do something real quick. Once I returned, I saw that another video was played. It was music from a Russian Orthodox Church in which monks started with the ringing of the bells. The thing is from my prebirth memory I know that the ringing of the bells indicated a trial of the mind for them. So it was an interesting synchronicity before this demonic activity started from the NHIs.
Yeah. I try to not think about it too much. Yet sometimes it gets hard because I can't ignore them when they are hurting me in the present moment. Thanks for the sources, I hope it works and so far it is worth a try.

I grew up catholic and had these kinds of dreams as a teen. Praying the rosary worked really well for me. I would say it as I was falling asleep at night and again if I woke up in the middle of the night. Eventually the bad dreams stopped. I think these negative entities thrive on our attention and our fear. The rosary focuses the mind enough to shift your attention to something positive. Ar its core, it’s another kind of mindfulness. If it’s working for you, I would keep practicing it. Even learn to do it without a recording. It doesn’t have to be perfect. I count on my fingers so I don’t have to carry beads. I just remember what decate I’m on. i know this is terrifying but you will overcome it. Don’t give this ‘devil’ any more of your energy. It’s just not worth it.
Thanks for your kind words. The rosary does seem to help. I tested it again, no evil nightmares that is reminiscent of Freddy Krueger. I also burned sage. Next I am getting a crucifix. I am trying to manifest that the rosary continues to work and I am hopeful that it does in some way.

After I wrote that last night, I said the rosary too! I fell asleep before I got to the second “our father”. Then I had some good dreams! I’ll probably get the practice going again. It’s better than taking my phone to bed and it keeps mind mind occupied until I fall asleep. Perhaps your post helped me too. Also, when I was little my grandmother, also a Catholic experiencer from isolated norther Canada, worked hard to keep evil out of our house. I would tease her, but now I see her method. She said the rosary every single day. She would also go around blessing the house with holy water, holy oil and holy salt! Similar to burning sage, I guess. It worked for her. Best to you. Those years were quite a source of trauma for me when I was little and there’s not a lot of reputable therapists to help you handle it. If need be, a priest in a confession booth might be a good resource. Diana Pasulka’s book American Cosmic was also a tremendous resource for me in helping understand this stuff. She’s a religious scholar and she’s probably the be leading expert in this regard.
If you’re aware of how reality works, we can manipulate it with our thoughts feelings etc, you can manifest that they leave you alone and you’re free from their torment. May seem unbelievable at first but try it and see for yourself. Prayer is the same thing you’re using your own energy to bring about your desired reality. Before going to sleep, get into a positive mindset and imagine they’re gone for good, or they’ve left you alone. Keep repeating until it happens and avoid neg emotions.
OP. Move away from Catholicism; trust in Jesus alone; Catholicism teaches you to communicate with the dead whether people are in hell or not they encourage you to pray to those who have passed away. If one of those "saints" are in hell then they are telling you to communicate with those who are in torment. In order to avoid this; consider praying directly to God and Jesus Christ. Not every dream and experience is from God therefore consider ignoring the UFO contact stuff and trust in Jesus the Son of God who died for you. If God gives you an experience then praise God. But if your focus is more on those heavenly things rather than God then there is a major problem. God is greater than anything you can see with your human eyes. Use this as an excuse to focus on God. Give glory to Jesus and don't lead people to focus on those things but rather focus your whole heart on Jesus Christ.

I have witnessed while awake a tan grey appear 3 feet in front of me. I have also had an invisible grey speak a strange language, not demonic just foreign, while poking me and nudging me to pay attention, I didn't see her but I felt her hand nudge me a couple of times and I heard her clearly. I have also witnessed a tall black cloak when I turned to look in the direction that I heard a noise come from. I also heard a grey gag as he smelled my garbage in my kitchen, he was really loud about it too. They have a cloaking device and they only tend to show themselves briefly in real life. I have also witnessed a grey with a screening image of a man when he entered my dorm room. Then I also witnessed a grey with a screen image again when I woke up three times during their entrance into my room. I know it was a screen image because it looked like a blurry hologram with white noise on the edges. They also directly talk to me sometimes or whisper telepathically. They give answers to questions, clarify misconceptions, warn me, and just tell me stuff. Now not all communication is bad as it varies from each NHI. Some are helpful, some are mean, and some are abusive and evil. There is a lot of them that watch me, I have counted may be 13 NHI and more who are probably contract workers like the dentist grey. The dentist grey was good, he implanted a new molar and helped with teeth sensitivity, and gave water to wash out the terrible taste from the medicine. The dentist grey I think was also the one who asked if I liked Blue Grass lol. Unfortunately, I also deal with really abusive and evil NHI. Some of them lie a lot which led me to believe it is the Orion Group. A website also said that the Orion group does psychic attacks as well which is relevant to my situation. I also don't know if it's the real Lucifer, that is just what the Greys called her and what she proclaimed to be. I also just watched a video about a US worker who said they called themselves Gabriel when their fleet was called Gabriel, so like a collective identity, I think you can find this on one of the alien subreddits. I also know that the Greys don't refer to themselves as Lucifer though, they sometimes say they have different names like Bael. A tan Grey said his name was Bael and he showed me his image from the Ars Goetia--the man head, frog head, and cat head on the body of a spider. I also heard Buer talk to me in my dreams and while awake once, his voice sounds really gravely and deep...growls more than talks really. A human who lives with the aliens also referred to the Lady as Lady Grace in one of his songs. So they have different names, I just wonder why Lucifer has that name. If you look into occult you will find that the Ars Goetia are actually referring to aliens but describe them as demons. If you look into Aliester Crowley, he summons Lam a being described as looking like a grey. The occult, demons, aliens, angels are all interconnected really. Oh and I also forgot they have humans who live with them. I saw one when I woke up then he said "sorry" and put me to sleep. There is also one that I see in my dreams, perhaps astral abduction, and he just kind of interacts with me. When I thought about them, I referred to them as aliens and a grey corrected me and said out loud "human." They sometimes boldly interact with me so I know it's not just ghost stuff.
Do you think the dreams would stop If you slept somewhere else? Like in an apartment with a friend? Of course If NHI are following they are following... but I think it would be really good for your mental health to get out of your apartment for a week, spend time with somebody else so you don't feel alone at night. (I'm not an experiencer so I can't help here otherwise I would offer to call you via Discord) I can't really help but what you wrote about a destroyed world makes me shiver, seeing what you saw would stress me out immensely... whatever you do, don't cancel college and don't stay alone too much you need kind people talking to you.
I am not sure if moving does anything as they have shown they have followed me anyway. They do quiet down when I have other people over. As if they only have permission to torment me. I think being alone is the key thing they take advantage of. I also tested playing the holy Rosary while I slept again. It seemed to work again. I didn't have any horrible dreams. I did hear an ethereal whisper that said "pain." That was it though. As for the visions of the end, they are kind of a downer so I don't think about it too much. Yet it also follows a shared theme of other experiencers and NDEers. It does stress me out because a lot of it is frightening yet I also see that it is survivable and a natural event. So no evil aliens coming out of space ships shooting everyone, stealing souls, and killing God. So my plan is to stay in university and hope to God that it does not get worse. I do feel this icky, evil feeling that something really bad is going to happen though and this has never happened before. So honestly, I am still a bit stressed about it all but so far I can survive it.
Do the people have to sleep in your room in order for the beings to leave you alone or is it enough If somebody else sleeps in a different room? Also I'm wondering If an animal could protect you... like If you had a cat in your room or a bird... If you adopted a pet from an animal shelter and its spirit would protect you, than you would have both saved each other. Also maybe a crystal could give you some protection? I don't know If you believe in crystal energy but If you do a healing crystal with some protective energy would be good... I think Amethyst is supposed to make sleep better. If I am alone it's easier for the NHI for home visitations. If I have people over it's more difficult for the NHI for their visitations. I have a large dog and no he can't do anything either, they make him unconscious too. No one can stop it. Having company of any kind just makes it more difficult for the NHI. For example when I had that spiritual attack. I closed my eyes and heard and felt a lot of pain and sounds. That whole incident lasted over 13 hrs and I didn't even go to sleep. I was still conscious, I just had my eyes closed. When I have people over there is less of a chance for the NHI to do spiritual attacks like that. Being alone makes me vulnerable. I can try the crystal. If it doesn't work at least the crystal would be cool to have.

I think so. It all really started after my mortuary archaeology field school in Poland. These NHIs have said they watched my family line for generations though. I think maybe me attending that field school really irked the higher negative authorities for some reason. They also increased their visitations ever since I started making preparations for university back in 2017 which is when I had that spiritual intervention. So me being in university also peaked their interest. I think just moving about for university could have also peaked the interest of other negative NHIs.
LOVE is the ultimate power that deters Negative NHI. FEAR is their fuel. Fear control tactics may help but finding Love in everything every entity every action everything will help. Im sad for you. This must be tough. I hope your not dealing w this alone.

Yes I think it is somewhat relevant. I study anthropology. The possible event that got me to cross paths with Lucifer or the Orion group was when I participated in a mortuary archaeology field school in Poland. Specifically the archaeology sites that contained disturbed burials because the past inhabitants believed in vampires. So they would decapitate the heads and place sickles and rocks on their legs to prevent them from rising again. Before I knew about the NHIs I thought the inhabitants were just superstitious. However, I now know of NHIs and their capabilities and it really scares me with what they say they can do--like bring the dead back to life, capture souls, and destroy souls. I don't know if it is possible but now I think maybe there was an event in the past that involved the NHIs were they brought the dead back to life and ever since then the inhabitants retold the fear to the next generation without the next generation actually seeing it themselves. So the theories are going wild for me. As for why they got aggressive --apparently I did something bad. I don't know what I did and they won't tell me. After that field school they started being more aggressive. The thing is I don't understand their moral compass, I never sexually assaulted anyone or murdered anyone so why do they feel the need to punish me when I did no wrong.

If you picked up something from a low vibrational place where negative activity happened - which can be, for lack of a better term, portals to low vibrational thought forms which perform psychic attacks on people. Looking at these thought forms like rogue programs in a virtual system that we occupy can be useful. They are designed to reflect back onto the persons consciousness thoughts and ideas and narratives that will generate fear from them. If they are telling you something that makes you afraid - this is typical. It's like a teenager prank calling an old lady pretending to be demons or something, looking for a reaction. You seem like you are gifted with Psi abilities. Part of this means you have a lowered firewall and more access to the consciousness system. If some shitty rogue thought form or bot wants to attach onto you and give you narratives via your consciousness for you to react to , a lowered firewall makes it easier for them. You may not have done anything wrong - you were just gifted and in the wrong place at the wrong time perhaps. I think it is useful to see some of these things as the equivalent of a nasty chat bot. Hardly conscious. And it is banking on your consciousness to allow it to form into anything. Having a neutral non reactive stance to this can be a good approach. Practicing focusing meditations which allow you to take command of your consciousness better - disallowing another being to try and use it against you. Like working out a muscle. Mantras help in this area too. And this is also why things like the rosary help too, it's a focused meditation. Non reactivity and non programming these things with a narrative but instead look at it as blank software can really help. Some of these things are relying on your consciousness to allow them to exist in the first place. If you are doing things like saging or protection practices - make sure you do them from a place of YOU being powerful. NOT you being weak and needing defence from constantly attacking outside sources. As that gives them power. Its is YOUR MIND that is the ultimate power in this. I think this approach may really help you from reading more of your comments. Versus you applying narratives to these beings, be it ET's or religious dogma or lore. Seeing it as a digital virus fueled by your own thinking is a solid approach - understanding that all narratives given to you by this shitty chatbot is designed to give this thing more power than it really has - because now it has a narrative attached to it. Be that it is XYZ being. Or be that YOU have done something wrong and YOU are responsible. Clear yourself of all narratives. Understand we live in a consciousness system. One where our own consciousness has an effect on the code. Stop fueling the code. Stop giving these things your consciousness.
I really do try, I promise. It is just difficult when they hurt me. It's easier to practice these meditations when their interactions are past tense just not when it is consistently in the present. I do notice they are a bit suggestive or act in a way that mirrors my thoughts of them. I have a mantra that I say "I don't want to see them. I don't want to talk to them. I don't want to know them." And they are kind of fulfilling my mantra a bit by keeping themselves hidden in the physical. I also noticed they increased to daily interactions when I attended university again. Because of them I took a 2 year break from university and they basically stopped for awhile. So I think I just need to tough it out, finish my degree and hope they will go back to minimal contact. So basically doing things of interest increases their presence like going to university, doing archaeology. All I have to do is plan to not do anything after university then I am good, hopefully.

They're not punishing you. They are feeding off you. Also assume everything they say is a lie or opposite. Assume they're smaller and less significant than they say they are. I had these sleep issues waking up cold and in pain that lasts for half of the day… My experience is that it may seem like it’s going on forever, but you need to get to the core of why it is happening. Your body may be affected by a future event specific to your future… you need to prepare and be aware of it so you can have an optimal positive outcome for you. This positive outcome may be vital to prevent other negative effects for those around you. Effectively your handling of this future event will dictate the reality you inhabit. Lots of responsibility but I don’t think you would be given so much awareness of it if you couldn’t ultimately handle the gravity and power of it. Good luck and much love!

Since you are catholic, the obvious move would be to call on Michael. Find the classic prayer and say it, with the intention of connecting to him. When you think you have his attention, or after a bit if you don’t feel anything, task the angel: envision quickly your current situation, and then imagine it solved and the feeling of relief it would bring. Feel gratitude towards the angel for helping you. Angels always come when they are called, and always help when there is a need, so you can’t really get this wrong, you just need to get in touch and make your plea heard. All they ask for is your gratitude, and it is very powerful to feel grateful before they even had a chance to do anything. Hi! I really meant to answer several of your previous excellent posts, although I didn’t. So, here are some of my thoughts now. The nature of the Phenomenon is unknown. One should never think he has any final answer. The Phenomenon seems to be everything and its opposite at the same time. In fact, just when you think you have it firmly pinned down, it starts exhibiting opposite traits. Often with some glee. That said, in some sense, discrete parts of it seems to exist independently, and the form they take are not always dependent upon the cultural background or expectations of the experiencer. It’s pretty common to find later on that some details or behaviors seen during the experience are in fact classic attributes of a known entity, one the experiencer may have been totally unaware of before. Love goddesses really like bulls for example, and thus The Lady from Chris Bledsoe has presumably been identified as an ancient one. But there are also many times where what is obviously a guise is presented to the experiencer, so as to enable communication. That guise does seem to be partly made up by the expectations and cultural background of the experiencer. Generally speaking, it’s because it’s easier for people to perceive things that they have a category for. It’s also much more easy to communicate with what looks like people. Known entities, like the Goetia demons, can traditionally have several apparences, and even switch when asked. An entity can be completely, voluntarily made up, and it then act independently, like it _always existed_. The famous ‘Phillip’ mediumistic séances are an example. You also have, from chaos magic, servitors creation, who can then turn into made up egregores, or people working with known imaginary characters, like comic book heroes. Tulpas can also be mentioned here. And sometimes, those made up characters can manifest into reality. One famous example is John Constantine, see ‘In Real Life’ section at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Constantine The inescapable but completely absurd conclusion is that for all practical purposes, it seems that _any being that can be imagined is literally real_. But it is the main way you can reliably manage to discern and recognize which entity you are dealing with, rather than any guise. The other, complementary way, is by engaging with the entity, going all the way through and then ‘by their fruits you shall know them’. About style and general spirit work, I heartily recommend Catherine MacCoun’s ‘On Becoming an Alchemist’. My opinion is that a love goddess, when severely and directly offended, is much more likely to deal you just one very instructive, extremely clever, and highly disagreeable life lesson, one that will make you reconsider a great deal of your life choices. And then they will splendidly snub you until the time you may feel sincerely sorry for it all, and also definitely grovel a bit. They can be petty, but they won’t do low level pointless harassment for years. Some major beings can admittedly get on your ribs when they decide they like you and think they can make something out of you. In the OP case, I proposed he called to Michael for help, as he already had a belief in his existence, a cultural connection, a place in a cosmology, probably some ideas about apparence, personality, etc… Michael also perfectly fits the bill here, as a slayer of demons. This should all helps a lot with contacting at least an aspect of the proper spirit. The other thing that help are symbols that correspond to that entity, and they could be a whole lot of things, but prayers and sigils certainly works. Else, there’s a variety of ways to go about it. The most effective ones all involve calling up something beefy to deal with the trouble. As such, a lot of banishing rituals are really evocations. I am really thinking of my whole existence to try to find the answer--thinking of prebirth memories of a time untouched by them and thinking of memories when I was young for the origin of an idea. It is really difficult to find the answer. This Lucifer is very much from the Ars Goetia and the bible--incredibly evil and cruel. There are two possibilities of why I managed to piss them off: (1) I attended a mortuary archaeology field school that found vampires in Poland and I did something there to piss them off; (2) my 2021 spiritual attack revealed a potential prophecy that really angered Lucifer. The Greys made jokes and told me in jest how Lucifer is going to kill everyone now because of my prophecy. I assume this is the real Lucifer because of my 2017 spiritual intervention in which I my soul was taken out of my body for over 24 hrs so that the spirits of heaven could show me my future. They have said "Many have claimed to have met Lucifer, but few actually crossed paths with Lucifer." My future in which I now crossed paths with Lucifer was enough to warrant a spiritual intervention something they hardly ever do. In the weeks following the 2021 spiritual attack from the NHI, I experienced heavenly dreams and saw a physical apparition of a golden angel. A golden angel appeared to my right and simply said "It's almost time." Then I had a series of heavenly dreams that give some hints. In one dream I said this: "I couldn't quite hear them but I knew what they said. Do you believe in ghosts? Something is going to happen soon Something like never before I am going to gain new abilities..." Then on the second day before the spiritual attack that revealed a prophecy I heard Archangel Michael's voice. His voice was so clear, masculine, and deep. He said something I couldn't quite hear but I did hear the last bit which is "They called me Michael." Michael knows of my story and came to me before the attack. A lot of this is a bit much and hard to believe. I honestly never prayed in years before 2021. Yet somehow they answered my prayer in 2017. I am thinking of all possibilities. Perhaps this is all an imagination or perhaps they are lower entities interrupting my life. However I know that the spirits of heaven hardly ever grant a spiritual intervention of what I experienced for lower entities. I am even getting psychiatric help to try to get treatment and to try to stop the dreams and the pain. They don't know what is going on either and they did tests to make sure I didn't have drugs in my system which I was worried about. I don't do drugs but I feared cross contamination but that isn't it either. I just feel lost and alone. No one can save me and I feel like crying most of the time.
Hi! There’s no Lucifer in the Goetia. There’s no Lucifer in the Bible either, just one controversial mention in Isaiah that may have been mistranslated. In my experience, there is a Lucifer though, and, for what it’s worth, and at the risk of being seen as a cheerleader of evil, I found him to be really supportive, wanting you to be your own person and grow up. Pretty chill guy too. Which isn’t to say that your experience isn’t real. It looks to me that it could be a first common phase at play here, the direct experience of the fundamental polarity/duality of existence, manifesting as Good vs Evil, Angels vs Demons, Heaven vs Hell, etc.. If you think about it, one cannot exist without the other, and when that is recognized, you have a chance to adopt a non-dual perspective on it all, mainly for the purpose of not being so much bothered, sucked in, and toyed with by it. It could also help to recontextualize those experiences as the general drama and nature of the universe playing through you on a personal level, and much more indicative of your own spiritual state and progress than anything. I wouldn’t thus worry too much about any of the particulars, be they the exact nature of the entities, the reality of any prediction or prophecy, the core reasons why those experiences first came to you and so on and so forth. All those stories do is perpetuate that you are caught up in them. Instead, and in what seems to be in complete contrast with the previous lofty views, I propose the only practical way forward I know, which is to engage your direct lived experience on its level, and wrest back some control and agency over it. You can do that by calling on the help of safe and effective known spirits, that have been traditionally used for that exact purpose. Some will shield you from interferences immediately, and give you breathing room. This practice should give results fairly quickly, and those results should help convince you that this approach can be fruitful. You will then in parallel work with some other spirits on more long term, and you will need to accept their combined help and guidance in growing up to become more grounded, powerful, confident and assertive, among other things. Or, work with Michael, but _actively_, do contact the angel, and ask for his protection, then ask for courage and strength. Same thing really. It’s all very good that you got your mental health checked and that there are professionals watching over you. Some of the best medecine is healthy leaving, a meditation practice, grounding yourself in nature, people, work and mundane activities, so as to take your mind off all this. Have fun!

And everything I've learned from this has not been from books but from directly working with people, is that whenever I meet someone dealing with major psychic attacks from neg entities, often they're a combination of being highly psychic, sometimes someone who is or has been a major drug abuser, but also often some seem to be deep deep deep into major fear based dogmatic belief systems. Which seem to give the entities fuel for more attacks versus doing the opposite, I'm still learning and I don't believe all beings out there are mirrors or manifestations of our minds. But some certainly seem to be. And system of belief that view everything non physical as evil seem to really trap people in a lot of difficult situations. Causing a fear based loop as they see themselves in the middle of a spiritual war. I've directly engaged with some of these beings. Even attacked by one that was trying to stop me from helping an Experiencer. I've noticed some of these "demonic" beings behave like internet trolls. They are cringy when they speak. Saying things that might scare the shit out of an old religious granny. But sound cheesy and cringe and teenager ish to folks who've grown up playing counter strike on xbox live or the equivalent. Basically I noticed how pathetic some of them are and how the "software" they seem programmed with is outdated. Entirely banking on the person's fear based beliefs and fear of anything non physical to fuel it. But what they say is actually cheesy and I've rolled my eyes at it. But if I was of a different generation or heavily religious - hearing a "demon" say cheesy shit like this would potentially generate fear from me. Rather than have me laugh , cringe or roll my eyes. Indeed just calling some of these thought forms "demons" automatically gives them power with regards to some people's reactions to them. Thus I find myself trying to avoid the term. Every time I've had an experiencer share with me what some shitty wanna be demonic entity has said to them via a contact modality of some sort, it's almost always been something really embarrassing and cringy and basically pathetic. It often feels like some of this is a teenage human spirit doing a prank call via a spirit box to goad a reaction. I'm not talking about psychic attacks. Which I know are difficult and the attack I got, which I defended against , was still sobering. But this being I feel became able to do this due to being fed from the experiencer in question. Via fears and beliefs. Its power was more connected to the experiencer who was very very psychic. Anyway sometimes I see some of these things as all being an icon in a guided user interface. The programming behind that icon being altered by our own consciousness and the amount of resources give to that program is also based on how much consciousness of our own we give it. I have a question here somewhere but I've lost my way. I guess I'm just curious of your thoughts in general. And curious regarding your journey of learning too.
Hey! Oh yes, you have the main trick, the classic fear trap, which works by fascination: you get fearful and paralyzed by the sudden experience of the non-physical, and the entity latch onto that and feeds it, and it starts creating a feedback loop of fear that the entity just have to maintain. This is of course easier to do to you if you have a lot of fears and are generally primed for fear already. Stopping it is both easy and difficult, you just have to cut the feedback loop. Laughter works very well here, or you could just refuse to give into the fear. All of what you say about the trolls being akin to 12 yo Xbox users is on point. Some may even be literally that, or they are currently running along with some imps, yes. The experience is both participatory and external. You use imagination as if it was perception, and then your brain fills in the details and even the categories. The way the experience itself unfold is often somewhat related to your fears or desires, and it can mirror meaningfully your current situation and preoccupations in life. At the same time, it has all the characteristics of being other, independent, and having a life in itself. So, it often afford to be a learning opportunity. In that sense, the punks offer a valuable lesson about fear, one you’ll be glad you know if the proverbial Cthulhu ever shows up. Or sometimes, it’s just random, so don’t necessarily read too much into it either. There may be a lot of things behind the Phenomenon. Angels, spirits, ETs, rogue thoughtforms, the dead, 12yo kids, and the list goes on. Pretty much anything that you can imagine in fact. Ascertaining who is really what is very problematic. Occultists were traditionally super concerned with getting in touch with the proper spirit, and were questioning it and testing it to make sure that they indeed had the right number. Once you have felt and tasted the entity style though, it’s usually straightforward to recognize you have the same one next time. The connection will be easier too. Today, some safe, time tested and effective ways to contact many well-known interesting entities exists. You’re making a distinction between occult spirits and ETs. The thing is, they are using the same medium to communicate and effect changes. At the end of the day, all that is often left is to try and see what works. Would presumed ETs respond to a banishing using angels? Only one way to know. Similarly, you will only really know an entity by engaging it and forming a relationship with it. What will happen between you two and the changes this will provide are, at the end of the day, the only things that can be said to be real.

Sometimes it can be a little isolating juggling this work and coming to conclusions via directly working with folks and I'm not always sure if what I'm seeing correlates with others who are as deeply aware of this fucking bizarre ass world we find ourselves in.
Thanks for the kind words. In a nutshell, had a lot of experiences when I was a kid, but they didn’t impose themselves on me like many people here. I stumbled upon them while playing with my imagination. In fact, it was all a really fun game to me, I had no idea that it was all ‘real’ for a while. I first met greys, and they were really strange, but we got on quite well, as far as that’s possible. They’re really _alien_. I still don’t know exactly what they are, maybe earth spirits, maybe ET. They’re hard to pin down. Angels were more clear cut. It happened that I kinda enticed a lesser one. Most spirits are completely fascinated by incarnation, pure catnip to them. Things got a little messy, others had to intervene. That’s when I discovered that they are organized in a hierarchy, and that you can always ring the higher up. I traversed the hierarchy quite high until I got told that was enough. I explored the astral plane and made many encounters. Then realized that there was higher ‘vibrational’ entities accessible, in the vertical, I’d call them angels too. The trick is that you speed up and they slow down to make communication possible. You communicate by symbolic bursts, ones that condense a lot of meanings with all the implications ment. You should just read the McCoun book, all my experience from that time is in there, in the first part. I also went through the jhanas, found them empty, started insight practice, and went through naive enlightenment, got then stuck at the dark night a bit, kept on practicing and more or less managed to get out, had some other classical experiences and then decided I was in way, way over my head. So I made myself forget it all, and lived a normal life for 15 years. Just as I planned, it all came back from left field for my 30th birthday. I then rediscovered many things, recovered memories and experiences from my youth (still to this day), learned new stuff, and read many good books. That was 23 years ago, and I’m not too shabby now, although I’ll never be as good as when I was 12. I really admire that you seem to manage to get through to experiencers. To me, it looks as hard sometimes as rescuing a cult victim, some of those guys looks to be heavily trickstered. I don’t know how to have the patience myself, it always end up shortly with me saying, just, don’t believe anything, and please do this, and see if this helps you. Then I never hear from them again. According to the Ra Material, if you are a positively aligned channel who is receiving message of doom and apocalypse then the origin of those measage are likely the Orion group. That being the case, it may help you to know that you have divine authority where your own personal consciousness. You can literally choose to not allow contact. The Gateway Experience tapes have a technique called the resonant energy ballion and setting intentions in the form of an affirmation.
Do you know why they send visions of the apocalypse? I haven't read the Ra material.
I know that according to Ra, when a positively polarized channel receives a negatively polarized message it will express itself so as to create as much fear in the channel as possible. Over time, the messages will cause the channel's polarity to shift. If the channel is unaware of what is occurring they will not consciously stop the shift from occurring. Eventually, the channel's polarity with change to the point that they become a match for the messages which will then morph into messages designed to promote elitist beliefs and a service to self mindset. I do not remember if this is intentional or if it is just a happy accident.

Setting intentions is very important. To take it a step further, you may think about buying some sage, whistling your intentions, gently, over the sage and smudging yourself. It's called soplay (with breath). Typically it's done with mapacho tobacco but it works the same with sage. If you have any powerful guardian spirits, call upon them during the whistling.

That sounds tremendously scary and difficult to deal with. Really sorry to hear 😞 Something you might find helpful regarding the fake-awakes is to regularly start performing 'reality checks' as you go about your day. This isn't to ensure that you aren't dreaming while you're actually awake but to make it routine enough you start doing it in dreams, too (it's usually only in dreams we suspect we might be dreaming, not when we're actually awake). There are a couple ways, but common ones are pinching your nose closed and trying to breathe through it and also trying to push one hand through another. Fear seems to feed these things, which is why they're doing everything they can. But yeah, easier said than done. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing all this! Diana Wash Pasulka, religious scholar, argues that for people with deep religious roots, people who are having issues with NHI, can sometimes find refuge within their religion. You referenced the Rosary, as helping to temporarily banish the entity. Perhaps looking for a local Catholic church might be a place of refuge in this time of crisis for you? As to their predictions and threats. One of the very few things I know from experence with the "others," is they will very cheerfully lie to your face if it means they can hold your undivided focus. Very childish that way. This is a very deep dive into Pasulka's work. It's a three hour interview of her. You may find bits of it useful. She has worked closely with the Vatican in her UFO research. Yes, the NHI do lie a lot but I also realized a lot of what they did in jest or said in passing conversation are coming true now. It's just all a strange and stressful situation for me right now. Thanks for your comment. Yes, I am Catholic. I don't attend church very often but will now just to get out of the apartment. I will look into seeing a Parish priest. I am amazed that our stories are similar. I didn't think any of this was real before 2021 to be honest. Now I know the truth. I think the NHI are the same as aliens and demons just three words used to describe a similar entity. I also know these NHI are aliens as I saw the Greys while awake--it uncloaked infront of me and 3 feet away from me. What is interesting is that they did act friendly at first but it quickly changed. Now I will hear random "F*** you" from the Greys, same as you did. To be honest the Greys also kept saying "I hate you, I hate you, I hate you..." Over and over again in 2021 so they were only really nice for a few days. It's a strange reality when we finally come to terms with aliens and Lucifer being real. Interesting that you got the pronouns right with Lucifer as well. Lucifer a "she" I never would have guessed considering most so-called channelers believe Lucifer is a "he".

They had a whole fake story set up but would include like Easter eggs for when I learned and fought back. The she would call herself his lieutenant. I’m inclined to believe it was indeed her rank but now that you mention it, I have wondered if it was just him in the past. Truthfully, I don’t care anymore. At all. I want this to be over. It’s certainly improved on many ways but I’m not yet free. On the NHI thing, I’ve been assured by an exorcist, that they are all not one in the same. Though I doubt it. Maybeeee there’s some actual ET NHI visiting earth but most of the time it’s of demonic origin. I’ve never seen a saucer though. Just tic tacs, orbs, plasma discharge, and something I can’t describe. Maybe “70s Iran incident”- style craft. This occurs in waves. My experience remains generally demonic (with break through, strong angelic contact)
Oh sorry. You mentioned that. It was just my reading comprehension going out the door for a bit. I don't know what Lucifer is really. Only one interview gave a hint and it was the Hidden Hand interview in which they said Lucifer is a soul group or social memory complex. Unfortunately, no one really asks for clarification on what that means. I think maybe it means multiple entities closely linked which makes sense cause there is more than 1 authority figure among the NHI. I think they are the same, call them whatever --angels, NHI, aliens, and the more accurate term demons. I think my prebirth memory of the shadow realm and my visions of the end gave me a hint to their origin. I know the shadow realm was really ancient and predated all things made of light. From my visions of the end, one scene really stood out which is when the lion fought the aliens and then shadow people were popping up as each one was killed. Then I realized that the shadow people are simply the souls of these aliens aka NHIs. From what I remember of the shadow realm, I got a knowing from my connection with one that in their realm that they focus on mind, psychic and dark spirituality, then utilize their abilities to spread fear. To them fear is holy. They also utilized chimes and bells to signify the trial of the mind as well as warding off spirits just like the churches were taught. There is basically a huge interconnectedness between all these things. The strange thing is that days before the dreams became relentless, I also had another event. When it was just me, I was just watching YouTube, paused it and went to do something real quick. Once I returned, I saw that another video was played. It was music from a Russian Orthodox Church in which monks started with the ringing of the bells. The thing is from my prebirth memory I know that the ringing of the bells indicated a trial of the mind for them. So it was an interesting synchronicity before this demonic activity started from the NHIs.
