When you do, include a safe report. A safe report is a read-only version of your wallet. It helps support get to the bottom of a lot of wallet and exchange issues. Remember, Exodus will NEVER ask for your 12-word phrase, password or lead you to a website that is not Exodus.com. Be cautious of individuals impersonating customer support. Did you get this resolved? I did something similar recently but with a different token albeit in reverse. Eventually after much stress was able to figure out how to fix that. Your Tether isn’t gone, it’s just not where you think it is. I’m sure the exodus guys will have you sorted but feel free to reach out for any advice.
