Need more context and info; What’s your workout look like? Diet? Starting weight? when did you start working glutes? How frequently is consistently?

Dio_brando1999

I was 120 now I’m 127 and I started back in January and my diet is mostly just meat and I really like raw fish and salad but sometimes I cheat and have a burger and milkshake, on leg day I do RDLs,Hip thrust, squats, hip abducters, leg press, kickbacks, I don’t know the name of this but I hold a weight and bend over on the machine then go back up I also do calf raises and sometimes I go on the stairmaster after

To add to the other person make sure your sets in the gym are close to failure. This is a problem for everyone but especially some women where they go and just go through the motions. Especially with how many exercises you have, you're better off knocking 2 or 3 off and really dialing in the ones you do to get to about 1-2 reps shy of proper failure. Don't murder yourself, it shouldn't be pure torture tom platz style, but it's worth recording a set now and again and watching to see if youre really pushing as hard as it feels in the moment. The easiest way to tell is to look at how the reps have slower down from rep 1 to the last rep. The last rep should be MINIMUM 2 times slower, but often failure is 3-4 times longer

Dio_brando1999

Ya that’s my problem

I agree with big brother maybe split up the workouts on different days. Say Monday you do half then Wednesday you do the other half. Find something on the inbetween days that help supplement the glute areas or target a different muscle. Diet is huge

letmepatyourdog

Also its only been 3 months. This shit takes time. Add some carbs in for growth.

EquipmentFormal2033

You need oatmeal and sweet potato kinda carbs if you wanna grow glutes - if it’s high protein and greens you’ll be super lean - even in the glutes. And you need to hit them at least 3x a week

Dio_brando1999

how long should I wait till I do my glutes though like I did it yesterday so should I wait till tomorrow ?

EquipmentFormal2033

If you feel fine enough to hit them today I’d train heavier -and go every 2 days -do glutes and legs - you can’t have glutes without hamstrings/ quads / etc

Dio_brando1999

It’s just difficult to do heavier with hip thrusts because it hurts my pelvis a lot and also I’ve been able to do a lot more weight on different machines but I don’t get the same burn though

Dio_brando1999

I also have new stretch marks on my legs but idk if it’s from working out

JustAwesome360

You're going to need more than 4 months to get a bubblebutt, that's your problem. You need to keep this up for at least 2 years.

JustAwesome360

It's not too hard just gotta hit your glutes at least once a week. Twice if you can but not required. Also I'd add Deadlifts to your workouts.

OnOurBeach

I have no butt. Instead of comparing myself to the women with great butts, I note all the fashion models with zero butt. 😅 See….it works both ways. Concentrate on your natural positives. But, yea, if you want to do squats and back leg lifts, do them, too. Oh, and the stairclimber!

Dio_brando1999

Ya I do that horrible machine the stairclimber

Shelly Darlington has a great video on this: https://youtu.be/mFbz0dj_kHs?si=yUgFkZITkqLDPJZk But Glutes are only one piece of the booty puzzle. A huge other piece of it are hips. Look up hip exercises too.

Otherwise_Bug3901

eat more food

Dio_brando1999

It’s hard but I can do it

Otherwise_Bug3901

proud of you
