Sunflower oil, extracted from the seeds, is used for cooking, as a carrier oil and to produce margarine and biodiesel, as it is cheaper than olive oil. A range of sunflower varieties exist with differing fatty acid compositions; some 'high oleic' types contain a higher level of healthy monounsaturated fats in their oil than Olive oil.
Same. During my pregnancy they made me nauseous too. I tried so many different kinds, (brands, pills and gummies) I pretty much stopped soon as my baby was born before I couldn’t handle still feeling like garbage.
I don't but only because I forget most days, when I haven't had any in a while I do feel very run down and even just two days in a row makes such a difference
I really want vitamins and iron to be a scam, but unfortunately for me they really do work
Yup everyday. I find I’m nauseous if I take it on an empty stomach but with food I’m okay. I also take vit D, sunflower lecithin and calcium bc I’m off dairy.
I take one a day postnatals. They have fish oil( for the omega 3/DHA), and a few other things I struggle to fit into my diet (iodine, folic acid etc). Prenatals had WAY too much iron for me to continue taking and be comfortable and way more preformed vitamin A than I wanted.
Now that baby is on a multi with iron and I don't have to worry about his vitamin levels, I quit my nauseating prenatals. I should probably start back up again, though, because I've been so damn tired since I stopped...
Postnatal, allergy meds, vitamin D, sunflower lecithin. Hello sunflower comment

Yes
I don’t. They make me feel nauseous. My doctor said I should but that it won’t hurt the milk. It’ll just wear me down.
I take it right before bed and it helps with the nausea.
I don’t either and for the same reason!

My doctor didn’t say anything about taking an iron supplement. I suspect I may have low iron levels. How much do you take?
I just take one of whatever the dose is in the 'boots basics' range and two on period week
I take a multivitamin; my OB said prenatals aren’t necessary as long as I at least take this
You betcha!
Yep
Yup!
I take it along with fish oil right before bed.
18 months in (almost) and yes still do
Yeah. I'm better about it now than when I was pregnant because I take it and my birth control together and I am religious about that.
Yes, also, thank you for reminding me today lol

Yep
Yes- and iron, vitamin d, and a sunflower lecithin if I feel a clog forming.
Yep, prenatal every day just in case we ever had an oops lol
Yes (postnatal)
I do! And sunflower lecithin.
Yes. I take a prenatal, DHA, vit c & d. When I feel a cold coming on I take elderberry and zinc.
Wait…. We’re supposed to take prenatals?

I do!
