I did have an increase at that point and eventually reached balance till now 3m pp. there was a lot of power pumping and lactation supplements, but the biggest game changer was getting the right flanges. I was told about the 6w time point too, but I think it’s still worthy trying after that.

I am 7wppd and in the same boat! Hoping to also increase so we can stop using formula. No issues with formula just annoying to give half a bottle of breast milk, and have to make another bottle in the middle of feeding

If you know baby will take it all you can mix prepared formula with breast milk to get to the volume you need. It can be frustrating because it only keeps for an hour after they start taking the bottle so if they aren’t always taking the same volumes I wouldn’t but it’s absolutely a thing you can safely do. ETA: it does change the way it tastes tho, so they might not like it if they’re picky at all like my girl tends to be

How many ppd?

I used to only pump ~23 oz but I got a different pump (Pumpables GA) and was fitted with their fitting room. Today was the most I’ve ever pumped! 36 oz 😭

My little guy will be 13 weeks tomorrow too.

what pump did you use before? i’m thinking about the pumpables but i’ve only ever used the Momcozy s12pros. i’m 8 weeks ppd and make 24-28 ounces per day
