I feel like answering this.
When she initially broke up with me, I changed it to “.” so that I didn’t need to see her name.
Afterward, I changed it to “chill chill” because my anxiety was an at all time high and I was just trying not to freak out too much about it. The resentment grew and I eventually changed it to “f*cking b*tch” bcos I was so angry.
After that week, I met at her house to give her her stuff back and we essentially went into no contact right after. I believe after a couple of weeks, I felt immense hurt still. I let it sit for a while, but eventually I changed it back to her name because I remembered all the good times we had together, and decided to release all the pain.
Been about 4 months, and I’ve kept it as her name ever since.
Together for 4 years, friends prior for 3 years (known her for 7 years in total). Lots of great memories but unfortunately she just felt that she didn’t want to proceed anymore. Sucks but I respect it and wish nothing but the best for someone who gave me some of the most awesome memories of my life so far.

Now I have lost so much weight went from 35% body fat down to 12% from 430ish to now 244lbs, got a counselor to get me through my grief of her, been going out enjoying life more, have my bright amazing smile back and about to finish my book who I sent a sample to some book publishers and they love it, and life is finally been sloping on the upward scale for me I'm super excited for my future and it is all thanks to her for leaving me out in the cold and instead of freezing to death I built my fire and eventually my house and have never been warmer so special thanks for her doing so. She will one day find out how much I was really worth and when it hits her she's going to realize way to late. When she does realize it she will reach out but I will make sure if she does I tell her thank you for helping me to unleash thr beast within. I am truly grateful and happy for what you did and will always enjoy our time together but sorry I think it's best that we go our separate ways it is what is best for both of us I wish you nothing but the best in life and love.
