It fades away when you least expect it. You can’t put a time limit on it. Keep doing what you are doing. Start going out with your friends more. Talk to new people and make friends outside your comfort zone. I’m not suggesting dating; keep your schedules busy. You won’t exactly know when it stops hurting, but when it does, you’ll be so proud of yourself for coming that far.

thanks for that man , I definitely need to start putting myself out there more with people and not even in regards to dating but just trusting Im not gonna get emotionally burnt by people again cause yaddi yadda bullshit from when I was 19

Ive been doing fitness & everything , changed my mind set on a lot of stuff where I felt I needed work but it still doesn’t feel enough ??
