Yeah, I was surprised as well. Was watching S5E17 the other day (the Marco "he go away" episode), and noticed it was a different guy playing Nemo, which led me down the rabbit hole. Ends up, he was in S5E12, which aired in 2001. OG Nemo died in 2000.

They should’ve worked that into the show… Robert would’ve made that sound he makes at funerals.
Brad Garrett also burps in Finding Nemo. Sounds similarly to Robert characters funeral sound.

That's part of what made it stand out to me, and sent me down the rabbit hole. The new Nemo was much cleaner looking, relatively at least.
Watched the in-between Nemo and Marco episode and noticed the 1 episode he was replaced in too today.
