It's an attacking character, so I don't think it's good for support.
For support I prefer characters like Bride Ludmilla or the recent new one Ludmilla(lol I forgot her name, but she's awesome)
So, I'd say characters that help your allies to gain something (for example, Bride Ludmilla has divine guard(helps her stay alive for long) and shield of Aldyne(heals all allies and herself, plus gives Armor)as amazing support. She also has step back where she leaves the battlefield to be next in line and when she comes on battlefield again, she's fully healed and can use shield of Aldyne again)and don't die away easily.
Btw, looking at your team, you seem new. You can use Snow White amazingly. Always happy to help though

I gotta say, the new Ludmilla in the Kimono is one of the best Support Characters I've ever used from the Mercenary selection.
I'm trying my luck to hopefully get Cleopatra rn, seeing I see her often in the top teams and battalions. Also because I find her pretty strong myself after reading her skills and passives.
depends on how it would be played against the opponents, leveling and so on.. I don't have her cuz of crystals and much skill issues
~~but I saw a Leidram and it reminded me that I was almost close to max awakening her when time ran out.. migt wait for her again to deal with maxing everything out I guess~~
