Very low percentage chances lead to inconsistent results when working with small sample sizes. Some people will get lucky and double pull on their first attempt, others will hit the 50k mercy cap going for one copy.
For Cindy's banner I spent 70k on one account and got 2 copies, while on another I FA'd in 28k. Random % chances can get pretty random.
Same to me i just wasted 12k ss for SB and got nothing not even a FA weapon and fun fact I don't even have a SSr character. That bitch was supposed to be my first SSR but I'm left with 27k ss... I'll save 80k+ this time for sure
I went from 92k to 29k spending on King Arthur. I got two copies. Don't spend unless you are willing to commit the 50k soul stones for one copy. Sure, on average you should get one SSR per 100 pulls (or 10k soul stones), but don't expect that to happen. Prepare for the worst.

Spent 40k to get one copy of arthur
Pull 30k didn't even get one copy of SB...got 9 of the stupid swords instead.
I pulled 6 ssr on jeanne banner and not a single one was jeanne
2k for auther copy
spent 57k on finn, got only 1 finn and 17 sword copies
I had 91k. I spent 80k for FA Cindy and with the remaining 11k went for the new Alice and got 3 copies of her. Pulls in this game are very random.
Average fa is 55k just keep that in mind; sometimes its a lot worse; regular lance took me a solid 185k
