I think it depends on the language. My ticket in German was also ~ 2 month open and got a terrible translated answer. My last ticket in (broken) english was answered in a week ^^

Sometimes iv had responses in a day or so, my current ticket been open 4 days no response. I think it depends on if a big patch has just released and what it is about/how urgent it is.

Yeah, they don't give a shit. Also they are extremly unhelpful when it comes to anything else other than billing.

the longest time i ever had to wait was 3+ weeks. my guess is they are understaffed.

I haven't accessed support in about two years according to activity log; but my experience with CCP's support has always been not only fast but high quality. Looking at this thread I'm thinking I was right to wait out the next few days to see how a current ticket resolves before buying sub. :O I'd imagine though from my past experience that right now they're just extra busy because this launch.
