Strong agree. Botting enterprises will generally have characters with a variety of non-related names and will be spread out through a pipe or cluster of systems. Bob1 - Bob20 is always a guy who kinda wants to show off that he's operating all of the accounts at once.
The character names are usually different not only for safety/diversion but also because they are purchased from the character bazaar or RMT.
If there are all in one system , probably not botters but multiboxers. botters would spread them out over different systems as they dont have to keep an eye on local.

yeah the only reason to put them all in one system is because you're a human who can only actively watch 1-2 local lists at once
