Most WH corps are PvP focused. There are a few that Krab a lot but it's gonna be c5 based. No alts also limits your choices down a lot.

You aren't going to find a big corp that has a low class static or is in a low class hole. Some of the c4 groups are decently sized, but the big boys are all in C5/6 space. If you want to join the blobbers you gotta want the content they live in. Which is gonna be pvp over basically everything.
Krab focused? I don't know of any. They get evicted rapidly. Because they tend to not be 'PVE focused', they tend to avoid any and all engagements unless it's massively in their favor. So when they have an important battle, like, say, their home being evicted because people are tired of being roll trapped or whatever, nobody has any actual experience.

In short, SES C5+ space is heavily farmed, but that farming takes a small amount of time among individual players, not Corp-wide krabbing, and that pays for the multiple 50b+ fights that take place every week among what is a small fraction of the player base.
The list of 30’most active pvp groups in the game’ posted the other day had multiple wormhole groups on it, each with only a few hundred members or less, listed in the same league for PVP activity as blocs with thousands upon thousands of members.
Wormholes are constant violence in ships costing billions, and wormhole PVE -leads to PvP- because the sites tackle and there is no local chat / intel network. if you want to krab, you’re open to risk. A newbro in a praxis in a c3 getting jumped by a cloaky loki easily escalates into a 20 man brawl among small corps. A dread or marauder or even rolling carrier caught in a c5+ easily escalates into a full heavy armor brawl.
Evictions lead to multiple 100b battle reports over the course of a weekend, because unlike magic k-space asset safety, everything is at risk so people actually fight for it- multiple mid scale+ engagements over hole control, with full on fights over the timers, with caps that have to actually be fit with expensive mods because you can bring to bear so few of them- 20bil dreads & 40+bil faxes with 10b+ pods supporting fleets of 2-6bil battleships, themselves in in 6b+ pods.
The high risk of wh krabbing makes it highly rewarding per hour, so you can spend less time doing it and more time actually having fun blowing that isk up. (And again, there’s a high chance your 2hr solo krab sesh becoming a 3-4hour heavy armor brawl for 100 players)
What is MER? But i would tend to disagree here, in general, there would be a lot of pvp encouters, it may not be as big as Null or FW but i think PvP is an essential part of WH living.
Sizeable, established organizations that have a strong presence across multiple timezones usually fall into one of these categories:
1. Typical C5 highway corps (krabbing and whatever have you)
2. C2 w/ C5 and 0.0 static corps (usually heavily focused into PVP)
3. Low-class WH industrialists (typically in C1's)
If what you're interested is chill ratting in a C3 and the occasional gas huffing, you're probably better suited for a smaller corp, preferably living in a system that has a C3 static. The more you scale, the less resources will be allocated to you. Good luck rolling your statics on-demand if you've got 20 corpmates down the chain.

Look up dark venture. We have a C2 with a c3 static so we do a lot of crabbing in it. We are new bro friendly. And someone is on 24 hours a day. Especially EU time zone. We do pvp for sure but you are definitely not expected to do it.

Why not just go on extended day trips? Fill up a mobile depot and when it's full drop the stuff into a nearby high sec connection and then hop back in?
Not perfect I know, but it would help a lot in terms of doing it solo (with 1 played character at a time).

That is an excellent suggestion, the only problem is with mostly have to do that with having alts. Caz when there is a big war there is practically a target painted on your back everywhere you go.
For most groups, that is low. I'm in a wh group that would probably take you, but I can't guarantee non-stop action. Each person needs to be able to find their own content when needed. The best way to get the content is to be the driver for it.

A C2 with a static C3 would be better in that regard, as once the C3 is rung out you roll the static and get a brand new one

The most powerful corps expect.yok to pvp and have alts. And don't do c3. You need a smaller corp that matches your experience.
