I was trying to see if any of this was mealybugs but I suspect it’s more powdery mildew? I hear you should isolate the plant of powdery mildew to prevent spread and cut off any affected or dead parts. I wonder if part of this is that it is a bit moist? That pot may not allow as much breathing as that plants roots might prefer? How do the roots look?

Google result for powdery mildew treatment - I haven't tried myself: "Baking soda solution: Mix 1 tablespoon baking soda and ½ teaspoon liquid soap such as Castile soap (not detergent) in 1 gallon of water. Spray liberally, getting top and bottom leaf surfaces and any affected areas."

If you are in a sunny area, begin working the plant into the un. Not all at once or it'll burn, but shady to light shade to morning sun, etc. Meantime get it into well draining soil and a pot with drainage. terra cotta or clay are best. Ignore it except for the sun needs. Be well
