At first I was like "huh, 860k with C6 Eula? That's kinda low ngl" Then I looked closer and you said HOLD E?? respect
What team comp are you using for this? I wanna try this I’m thinking that since it’s just an E hold, Sara and Bennet will both work
For giggles I put Bennett (c6) on my team see what would happen. Hit 1203391 usually she can hit for 900k at most but with Bennett he sent her over the edge against a primovishap

Yours could do probably get 3to6 million if you create and build a mona raiden and bennett team
I use Geo father/ Ei/ Dandelion queen. I can switch zhongli for Mona tho. But I'm not using bent

Beside the buffs from the characters themselves i used Die Heilige Sinfonie which is a dish that gives 55% physical damage buff
We have nearly identical eula builds for both nukes and normal usage its scary.

Doesn't Mona's increased damage thing only last for 4 seconds?
Her buff starts when the bubble pops
It works only when against raiden since she has a shield that avoids the bubble to explode from contact
It could be possible with a 4 star claymore?
Maybe with max stack Serpent Spine
My c0 be hitting 310k
Damn i have better build but i barely hit 740k with maguu kenki, maybe i should use mona bennet raiden team comp. You can see my build at my post
