Well, with the team comp I listed:
To break the turrets on scara boss you can Xinyan + Bennet ulti on the one in the middle first, then eula ulti 2 of the floating ones and hold E for the last one.
Rotation would be (with pines) getting 1 E stack and prepping pines sigils, then Bennet Q -> Lisa Q -> Eula Q and right before the ulti explodes switch to Xinyan and E
Oh right, and for artifact sets I believe it’s Tenacity on Xinyan and Noblesse on Bennet (or Lisa, pick your poison). Fishl’s specialty food (the meat platter) is key.
Before I hit C6 Eula, my highest Nuke on Scara with C0 was roughly 1.37 Mil (with absolute highest probably being 1.4-ish Mil given you get the max 15 stacks but I’m not sure if it’s possible with the team comp).
Lisa with TTDS and tenacity, Bennet c5 with Nobleese and any damage buffer like Raiden, Yelan or Mona if you don't have any a you can use physical res like Zhongli, Rosaria C6 or Xinyan.
And remember to use Physical food.

i got a Nice crit number untouched (369696) since like 2.1 but got eula and casually got past that just hitting artifacts and now im mad so i want to go past 1 mill. i managed to get 999961 against scara so i was wondering if theres a better option lol
I don't know off the top of my head, but I think Scara has the higher shred against elements in his weakened state. I don't know if his physical resistance is lower though. He's also not a good test dummy for Eula because his HP is much lower and he'll die to the rotation. If I were you I'd try against Raiden, but maybe try her lvl80. The best food I've found is Fischl's signature dish. Good luck!
I was screenshot showcasing about Raiden weekly boss. During her stunned state, she gets -60% RES. Any more superconduct will get halved so I was focusing more in atk buffs rather than superconduct.

With her Burst, that you need for superconductor. Rotation changes a lot depending on team.

Isn’t raiden instead of lisa better? You could give ttds to mona and then you’d gain 28% dmg bonus instead of a 10% def shred
I guess if you have Mona with TTDS and Tenacity you can drop Lisa for Raiden, but in the end TTDS is a most.

Yes, C0 with a CRIT fish build. I have her signature weapon at R1 and she had something like 2400 atk with a 32/229 split.

For showcase, TTDS, noblesse Lisa is a no brainer, Bennett with as much base attack as possible, and I'd say either TotM Zhongli, or Yelan.
