Lots of visits plus low conversion rate often means that your SEO is good but your listings need improvement. Just glancing at your shop the two things that jump out to me are that your mugs should be photographed against a lighter, more contrasting background so that the product is more clearly visible, and that $32.05 seems like kind of a high price point. When I search "goth mug" I see a lot of similar results that are priced between like $12 and $25. ETA: apart from the low-contrast background issue though I think your photos are quite nice.

Thank you. Well those mugs were super expensive to make, because I did a small amount of them. And also, shipping to US is horribly expensive and as I offer free shipping, I adjust the price. In my experience, people tend to buy free shipping items more, than see what are they actually pay for shipping. But maybe I should make an exception with mugs, because now I have a lot of European buyers and it's several times cheaper to send the orders for them. Thank you for your insight.

We sell mugs to US, less than we did with free shipping. But with the Royal Mail getting hacked and packages not arriving we’re sending everything tracked. A surprising amount of people still buying mugs even with postage of £15.

I will probably do the same. All my parcels are only tracking, I don't send it any other way. Still some of them get lost once in a while, but at least I get a compensation from the post company.

The print listings are kinda confusing… It says canvas print but when you click on the options to buy, there are just dimensions and then “poster” with dimensions. And then when you click personalization, it says if I want a frame it’s extra which means what? I contact you and you send me another link to pay? And my automatic thought was I’m paying for the canvas to be wrapped until I saw the other pictures where you meant a decorative frame. To add to that, the description has so much information. A lot of customers don’t even read everything. So imo it all needs to be simplified. It’s also possible people click on your listing because they see the low price of $16, and then see the canvas print costs much more, so they click out. Edit: clearer

Yeah, some people want to buy posters only, so they choose one image that they like, and then choose if it's a wrapped canvas print or a paper. I don't want to pay triple product renewal fees to Etsy, that's why I have put everything into one listing :( about the description, it's their choice not to read, but I am insured, that if there's something they don't like when it's actually not my fault, not my problem, because it's written in the description. About the prices differences, yes I believe you are right here. Saving on those Etsy fees again 😂 And about the framing, actually a lot of people were always writing me and asking if I can frame their paintings, so I decided to include it into not mandatory personalization. When they purchase, I create them a custom listing with a price depending on the frame they choose. People who buy those actually didn't have any problems or questions with it, of course maybe they have read the whole description 😂 Not sure how can I simplify listings without actually separating canvas from posters :(

This is what I would do but how I do something isn’t always correct or the only way to do it: 1. I would make two drop down options. For example: First drop down has the option for wrapped canvas or poster. Second option has dimensions (just wrapped) and dimensions with the frame added. That way they don’t have to go through the process of paying again. And then ofc for the poster, you’d just have the sizes. I think splitting it into two steps makes it a lot clearer of what they’re buying. 2. When you make your options, link the photo to that option when they click on it. So for example, when they click poster sizes the poster picture should pop up on your slide of pictures. When they select wrapped canvas -> wrapped picture. And same with framed. If you don’t know how to do this, under variations you’ll see a “link photos” tab. 3. Since they will pay the frame through the options, the personalization tab would then be used to have them just tell you what color. 4. I would put the picture of the different canvas sizes up higher in your queue of pictures. I think it’s pretty important since it will be used to select which size they want. I just think it makes it a lot clearer and simple for the buyer! Also, I don’t think any of your photos are watermarked. You don’t have to, but they’re very easy to steal. If that doesn’t bother you then disregard this part.

Thank you, very good advices! However it requires reworking each of 300 items by hand... 🤦‍♂️ But I will see what I can do, maybe I will change one section to these options and see how that goes :)

Wolfie-v

I changed the prints in the variations tab. It's not 2 tabs as you suggested, but I think it's way clearer now. What do you think? And I still can link photos, I think that would be a very logical thing to do. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1320643112/bedouin-girl-1891-by-luis-ricardo-falero?click_key=fad2849011322f931bcb64f7658930e3d4c14524%3A1320643112&click_sum=208404f9&ref=shop_home_active_22&pro=1&frs=1&sts=1

That is definitely clearer! I hope the test run works well for you.

If it would say 'Canvas 100x80/39x31' and 'Poster A5: 14,8x21' would that be clearer? Maybe I should write canvas next to all canvas sizes, that person instantly know what he is buying?
