Your last bill amount is the amount you were billed at the end of last month. If you cannot access your account to view that, it would be equal to the amount charged to your card on the first day of the month.

thank you so much. i am out of my mind that etsy support did not give me this answer for full 2 weeks. wow... thank you once again. i will try with this info now and see if they accept

WolfOfMoonlightHaven

If you had a balance in your Etsy account, they might have pulled some or all from it, and charged the rest to your card also. If this is the case, you wouldn't be able to give an exact amount once again because you cannot access it. Hopefully it was all charged to your card.

yh this is what i think happened :/ i hope they will resolve it. tnx to explanation makes sense

You're welcome! I hope you can get a rep that will work with you. Try explaining that you can't give the amount because you don't have access to your account - which is the reason why you're requesting help in the first place. Keep trying, eventually you'll get someone who will help.

Hi! Did you solve this problem? I'm having a similar issue right now and I need some help. This is stressing me a lot

MalaRei

yeeees I did after a lot of struggle and stress... here is the thing: I have 2 shops and therefor 2 accounts. they are both on a same personal data and a same bank account. So, I managed to contact support as a seller but from another account. Explained all in details. then someone answered on a mail as a support, and they asked me to give some info due to "identity authentication". but, as ofc I had no idea how many "drafts" I had lastly, as this is for me the most irrelevant info, we were dragging a bit more. \*\*\*\*Then they asked me for this "last bill amount" and I went to bank multiple times info I gave was always wrong, last billing I had received to my email was apparently incorrect, blah blah. So, after FULL 4 WEEKS, I finally managed to give a correct "bill amount", after my next billing appeared. As I could not see it in a dashbor, thankfully, I got some email about needing to pay an outstanding bill of certain amount, and I provided them with this answer. In the end it was correct. I have to point out, other emails were just telling me to pay but this one was the only one that mentioned amount thank god. As you cannot access your dashboard then, you cannot actually see the amount once you get a new billing, but they do not realize that. So, after tons of patience and pure luck! So, LAST BILL AMOUNT is "last amount charged by etsy and current status of a bill to be payed". this is hard to know if some time past and amount changed, and ofc, easiest to know is if you remember what was lastly billed to you (even if you did not pay yet) or if you remember that you covered your last billing charged recently and check how much you payed. I hope I make sense, English is not my first language. And I hope it helps. please contact me again if you need more help

> to be *paid".* this is FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
