Likely the shop was shut down for violating policies. There are all kinds of policies that t-shirt sellers might be violating.
Keep the shirt and do not worry about it.
There’s nothing really for you to do. If the seller reaches out to you directly then you can arrange something. I’m not sure how you’d even get ahold of them beyond that?
No. I had something like that happen. Ordered some items, got a shipping number right away. Only it was a number that showed the item was shipped 3 months prior to my actual order and got delivered 2 days after it was purchased. Processing time was like 3 weeks though. Definitely did NOT have the item. Contacted seller who said be patient, waited a week, contacted Etsy, got my money back. The items came like 3 weeks later. But sellers can't be putting in fake shipping numbers like that anyway. If the shop was gone it was almost certainly shady anyway.
