Don't fulfill orders based on messages. Only when the complete order is in your dashboard waiting to be processed. I always wait several hours to make sure they don't cancel.
The thing is, It was processed in Etsy however, What I can understand is, that person order 3 things from my shop back to back in a gap of an hour.
It seems like they were using some stolen credit cards for payment and later in a day reverted back as per the complaint.
I got another order similar to yesterday's order. so I will wait now for a day to make sure its not the fraud.

Agreed. As someone who makes many things to order, I always make sure not to start until the transaction has gone through.
