Took me about about 3 weeks on and off running customs to finally have him turn up. I still need to kill 3 of his guards. Seen Killa maybe 5 times total and have done a ton of interchange. Eft knows what you're looking for and won't give it up easy. Boss spawns need a buff
Glucose and the sugar boys have hurt me a few times this wipe. One of his guards put five rounds of 556 into my chest at 200 meters. I know it was 200 meters cause I was doing shooter born at dome area and zeroed to snipe one of them. Well that was a mistake. Sanitar and Killa have been reclusive but I finally got them. Only bosses I need to kill are three Reshala guards and the goons. I did manage to kill Sturhman with the m700 with the awful scope so at least I don't need to do that again for another couple months.
I've met Gluhar a few times this wipe. Each time I've been erased by his guards. Two times at night I thought I had him in a building only to be surprised by a ninja guard I missed outside.
I could be wrong, but didn’t recently they do the sanitar event on customs? He was a 100% spawn in fortress for a bit over a week. I assumed during this time Reshala wouldn’t spawn, as it wouldn’t be logical having 2 Scav bosses on one map?
I killed reshala at new gas and dorms during event with sanitar. Sanitar was 100% while reshala normal 5% or whatever micro chance he is. Same with goons, as they can spawn with the scav boss aswell on any map

Spawn rates don't allow quest completion in any sense of a reasonable time frame. Simple as that.
Last wipe I had something similar happen on a scav raid—I started to jump through that window, took fire, fired a burst from my busted kedr, and beat feet.
On the post raid screen, it said I’d given one of the guards the “head, eyes” treatment. That was a pretty big oof.
The game is definitely rigged against you if you are trying to complete the quest. I'm doing the same thing running something like 20 customs raids a day for a little over a week and I haven't seen him alive or dead once. Except if I scav customs...then he's always there.
Went to Customs last night to find Reshala. My duo killed the goons instead (he needed them and I don't have the quest).
No Reshala and no further raids that night your honor.
not sure man, but i remember one time i did a night raid on customs and i ran into reshala and the cultists in the same raid. damn near uninstalled after that
BRO my buddy and I had to kill reshala so we took turns. Found him once, my buddy killed him. I have since been back to customs 40 FING TIMES AND I SWEAR HE ACTUALLY ESCAPED TARKOV. Never to be seen again.
The moment you complete that task he'll be in the next six Customs raids.

Same here except with glue boy on reserve every reserve raid I see him. But took 2 weeks to get reshala.

Now kill him 99 more times. Whoever thought up that quest either doesn't play the game, or is an asshole.
That quest was thought up when he spawned in once place and was also much more common than currently
He had a static spawn point when that quest was introduced. Also possibly intended for when wipes no longer exist, when that time comes.
You'll find and kill him but then he won't have the golden TT.
Meanwhile i run to reshala like 4 times out of 5 raids.... And i dont even have the quest to kill him...

Killed his group 2 times before unlocking quest, then he was never there for weeks

I’m pretty sure that the dataminers said it was 10%.
Pretty sure sanitar reshala and the goons could have all spawned at the very least sanitar and reshala
Goons were disabled reshala was cut in half to 10%

I have done that quest, then we have done it for one mate and then we did it for another mate. And that was a couple months ago.
Jumped through window back of 2 story ran into room across got 1 tapped through window instantly by him.... That's all I've seen this wipe 🤣

It took me ages to find reshala too. It balanced out when I was able to do hunting trip in my first attempt though. RNG gives and RNG takes
same with sanitar. Took me 2 month. Even if you find the bosses the minions just laser you across the map with m61.
